Your car isn't going anywhere while sitting on these things.
You wouldn't even need jack stands. I would trust placing
all four wheels on these.

I got this one in black, from Iron Pony for around $200. It has
reflective piping down the arms. It's a mesh with a zip out
quilted liner to keep you warm, and a zip out rain liner. The
jacket and both liners have interior pockets. It also has hard
armor in case you go boom.

You speak absolutely nothing of what you have to offer
such a highly skilled and desirable candidate. Why should
one even consider a position with you when it appears you
want much but offer little? This reeks of an attitude of one
being lucky just to be employed by you when the reality is
that to employ a person meeting your desires makes you
the lucky one. A position of employment is a two way street
the should be mutually beneficial to both and a call for
assistance should express the degree to which a potential
employee could find value in a position with you.

It's about time you signed up. Glad you did, Josh.

I looked at your name too fast. Of course
I was thinking Binary.
Welcome to O.R. Keep the bike for a
couple of seasons. You may want to get
a second one for some of the roads we
get out on.

Ride Forrest, ride! Sorry. Couldn't help it.
Welcome to O.R.

I have Frog Togg pants and hi via jacket for the rain, boot covers and rain gloves. Haven't tested them yet.

And given that May always has unpredictable weather with rain always
a threat, I still suggest that June is a better month for planning an outdoor
event. Sorry about it being racing season and all that.
A makeup ride is coming in June.

Congrats on the fine bike, Ninin.

Well now, since I'm in Oklahoma, dodging tornados and storms, I could not
make the ride. Sometime next month I would like to offer a make up ride for
those like me who could not attend, and for those who would like to do it again.
I'll post something up after I get back to Ohio and scope out my calendar. Of
course all will be welcome as well as whoever you can bring with you.

I was thinking a Victory Vision Street Special Edition.

When I'm stopped at a light, I dominate the
half of my lane closest to the lane with the
most moving traffic. That blocks access, to
a degree, to someone pulling such a stunt.

I wanted to think it might be Bad's VFR until you mentioned cleaning and tweeking.

Do you want such a thing in the hands of your
local police department? They will end up with
it and I'm not so sure I like that idea.

Gun safety should be taught in the schools
along with training on how to shoot.

Horse thieves and motorcycle thieves are the same thing.
Let's catch 'em and string 'em up.
I'm only half joking.

So what arguments to support our actions
are we going to present to the cop that
pulls us over? We need this to catch on
but I don't want a ticket for it each week.

The owners of the media will determine
who our next president is by who they
decide to give a voice to and how they
choose to slant things. The public will
be told what to believe and many will
believe exactly what they are told by the
talking heads.

4511.43 Right-of-way rule at through highways, stop signs, yield signs.
That doesn't say" stop Light."
The >> "Right-of-way rule at through highways..." covers that.
They are both considered "through highways."
They were both wrong. The car was wrong for blocking traffic, but
he still had the right to proceed forward in order to clear the intersection.
He had right-of-way over the bike.
The bike violated the right-of-way of the car in a reckless manner.
If he had approached the car in a slower manner and then with a
polite gesture indicated a request to squeeze by in front of the car,
my guess is that his request would have been granted, considering
it was a small vehicle and could easily pass through and be gone.
They both should have been ticketed.

4511.43 Right-of-way rule at through highways, stop signs, yield signs.
(A) Except when directed to proceed by a law enforcement officer, every driver of a vehicle or trackless trolley approaching a stop sign shall stop at a clearly marked stop line, but if none, before entering the crosswalk on the near side of the intersection, or, if none, then at the point nearest the intersecting roadway where the driver has a view of approaching traffic on the intersecting roadway before entering it. >> After having stopped, the driver shall yield the right-of-way to any vehicle in the intersection or approaching on another roadway so closely as to constitute an immediate hazard during the time the driver is moving across or within the intersection or junction of roadways. <<
The motorcyclist failed to yield the right-of-way to the vehicle already in the intersection. He should be banned from riding a motorcycle on the street. He is an idiot.

I'm out. Maybe I can catch the next one.
