  1. Well i was going to lower the rear of my dodge 3 inches and they only kit i found was a shackle kit and i have never done one before! just trying to get some tips before i tear into it thursday or if there is another way of lowering it let me know!

I would recommend a flip kit. I went to StylinConcepts.com and put in your truck and looked at DJM (just happened to be the first on the list) and found and front and rear kit that uses front springs and a rear flip kit. Shouldn't be to hard to find the size and brand you like.

  2. so if they can't get resonable gas prices they intend to block traffic by going 45mph? pretty dumb and will not get my support if they do.

go park their trucks and get another job and leave the innocent folks out of it.

I feel for them, but interfering with the rest of traffic isn't going to help their cause.

How do you come to the conclusion that everyone else on the road are "innocent folks"? Do you not purchase goods transported by truck? If the cost of shipping goes up, the cost of goods go up. By interfering with traffic they draw attention to their cause. Same with any strike, disrupt the flow of traffic into a business people wonder why. Disrupt the flow of traffic on the highway people wonder why. If all of the independents parked their trucks and got another job, millions of tons of cargo would have to be picked up by the corporations which lead to a huge back log. Then there would be the affect on the economy of all the truckers who now have trucks parked in their yard costing them money as they still have to pay the bank note and they are not making money from that vehicle. If the truckers got organized enough and did hold out on strike it would have an impact on everything from diesel prices to the wages they are payed. Look at what the teamsters did back in the day. It happens all over the world by all different groups to further their cause. Look at what truckers in Puerto Rico did a couple years ago.

  3. Proof? How come the price of my bread hasn't gone up $2.00 in the past 5 years if it is inflation? So i can go sell my Mustang for $14000 due to inflation right?

Where is this logic coming from and why are oil companies seeing trillion dollar profit numbers if it is simply inflation?

  4. I recognized your car last time (At least I'm assuming haha, bright yellow non-riced clean Integra? :) Just didn't know who to look for. Sharp car.

I'll be there tomorrow. Not sure what time though, depend on the work schedual.

That is the car. I will be there with a black Famous hat and a short blonde girl.

  5. Keep that shit inside.

    :)

They were talking about this on the Blitz yesterday and they said the neighbor dropped off THREE FULL DVD's of the guy doing this. I would think the first time he was caught would be enough to turn him in. They also said that he had admitted to it and also admitted to taking the picnic table inside the house to have sex with it.

  6. Wrong...

If he is a key to the house you can ask him to leave, but if he refuses to you have to legally evict him.

I do not know all the specific language but there is a required written notice for someone that has established residence (clothing, etc. in the house). There are actual fines if you do not follow the law regarding notice and the required information in the notice. There are many sites that sell "eviction" kits and I am sure the information is available from a lawyer or the library.

  7. well they certainly have had crash tests, regardless if the details are available or not. saleen is halting production on the S7 because it cant meet newer crash regulations. if the S7 doesnt get exemption, i doubt a viper is going to. that is kinda odd that you cant find the stats though, the shelby pres said they werent making the hood scoops of the shelby GTs functional because that would require another crash test.

I was under the impression that every car was tested every year but, I guess they may not be? I looked them up on http://www.safercar.gov. It is run by NHTSA and is supposed to list all test results.

  8. Because some of you really suck ass at introductions and are only posting twice to see the rest of CR, this is for you.

I just enabled user reputations. People can rate each other by the quality of their posts, but only once.

So if newbs have a shitty thread introducing themselves, they'll never be allowed to see the rest of the forums. They need a minimum score of five to be allowed to to continue. Admins rate at ten points per rating, whereas everyone else scores at one point per rating incrementally or decrimentally based on whether that user is approved or disapproved by the person rating them. Some rules do apply:

    1) For every year on CR, 1000 posts, or 100 reputation points you have (or a combination thereof), you gain an addditional point of "power" for rating.

    2) You must be a regular member (50 posts or more) to be able to rate others.

    3) You can only rate five people total every 24 hours, and only another member once. When you rate them, you cannot rate them ever again.

Basically, if your "welcome to me" thread is shit, the members of CR can basically kick you from seeing anything else. Ever. If they like you, welcome aboard.

I believe this would answer your question/lack of areas viewable issue.

  9. I can't view youtube from work, but I hope to god thats not the one from the nba basketball game... that is like 2yrs old, and was an ACT (a joke) put on by the home team (it was valentine's day).

It was done at a Rocket's game on the night before Valentine's Day. I found some people on other forums saying it was fake but couldn't find anywhere where it was stated by the team or anything.

  10. BTW I didn't know my license were suspended I never recieved a document from either state on the matter. At a previous time Ohio has sent me a letter stating i need to mail in my license and that my "driving privileges" have been revoked pertaining to a violator compact.

Not to be an :asshole: but that was the same as a letter saying "You have been suspended". I did a google search and found out what the violater compact was. As soon as I got the letter I would have called to find out wth was going on. Do you know what happened to give you the violater compact?
