Pretty typical. Make sure chain is warm when you apply lube. Wipe excess Allow to dry. I usually like to lube the night before and allow to dry over night to keep from having a bunch of fling all over the place. That stuff is tough to clean.

I have a pretty simple ADT. Contractor set me up, ADT handles the service. Install/standard equipment free. No contract. Ties to my cell phone with an ap. has key fobs like a car. I added motion, sensors, glass breakage, and extra doors as well as garage. It's $50ish a month in service fee's, but my home owners insurance dropped $50ish a month for having a security system... So it's a wash on the monthly. I have dogs and a cat with the motion. Got creative and it works. Love the "stay" function for when your home. You can arm it (specifically the wife can) while you're inside the house. Not that a loud alarm will stop anyone, but it'll alert me inside to prepare myself for confrontation.

It is nice, runs and rides great, looks good, and has many miles left in it. It is priced accordingly for the cosmetic flaws, mileage, and overall wear an year for an 8 tear old motorcycle.

17.2 is what I paid for my brand new 2012 s1k "premium" motorspirts color out the door from motohio a few years back. I do believe that 13k for a used 2013 w/13k miles is a little on the high side compared with other used 2013 s1k's w/ lower miles. 12,995 might be a starting retail price at a dealer. I'd expect this bike in current mileage/condition to sell for 9500-10,000 as a private party sale, if you have title in hand... but it'll take a while to sell. If you have a lien on the bike, well...
