  1. I just recently broke my pistol cherry and picked up a smith and wesson M&P compact 9mm for ccw and home defense. This gun felt right in my hand and I got it for $400 at vances with a military discount. Shoots great and a lot of fun.
  2. The 883 isn't a big enough engine. Pretty much set on the night rod or 48.
  3. So I've decided that I want to buy a bike after I return from deployment next summer. Iv narrowed it down to a Harley night rod special or Harley sportster 48. I know there 2 totally different bikes but I was wondering if anyone on here had one or any input aka pros and cons on the bikes. Thanks fellas, Hahn
  4. deff a steal at that price. all around awesome gun for any use. congrats.

    New shotty

So i havnt been on in a while and i didnt see the "gun" forum section on here. deleted? So ill post here. I just purchased my first gun, a Mossberg 500 12g combo (deer and turkey barel) in the mossy oak camo pattern, from Vances for $330. I did some research and basically it came down to the mossberg 500 and the remington 870 as for which one to get. I ended up going with the mossberg because it just seemed like the best bang for the buck. Ill let you know how it works when i finaly get to shoot it hopefully soon. Hopefully ill get me a good size buck this season too. well see.

    My new ride

Well the new jdm motor in my beloved mazda hydrolocked over the summer and i have been out of a car since then. Me and the wife have been sharing her car (pain in the ass). After months of searching for someone to approve me of a loan i got no where and was forced to get a co-signer (step dad). Only approved for 8k and found this gem. A 2001 Ford Ranger Edge 4x4. Only has 55k miles and is mint inside and out. Perfect little truck for me. Its no fancy car that ill get to modify but thats a good thing for now cuz that was getting expensive. http://pictures.dealer.com/s/sonichatfieldhyundai/0632/1b362b700a0a000200e136be59a5bf5d.jpg
  11. All good opinions, but now who can tell me where i can get approved with a credit score of 0 without having to put like half down? Thanks guys.
  12. Thanks for the tips guys, unfortunatley im only 21 and have 0 credit and my cosigner ended up finding out today that he doesnt have as good of credit as he thought so im still carless. Its rediculous that i cant finance a car.
  13. I might make my way out there today, thanks.
  14. But are you stuck with an SUV, or would a quad-cab type truck also fit the bill? With the weather-proof bed covers on my Avalanche, I can haul items in the back in the winter. Plus when my SUV owning friends need to borrow my Avalanche to do stuff, that says something. Im not stuck on an SUV, i like the ford ranger but not many in my price range with low miles. Just seems that an SUV is the best bang for the buck but im open to either or. The advice you guys are giving is very good and appreciative. Im getting ready to head out and test drive some and hopefully come home with something. No word on the trailblazers? just not worth it compared to the others or what? Seems like the Jeeps are the way to go.
  15. Im looking for a used (2000+) SUV for under $13k. I need it for daily usage and want it as a 4x4. Also the SUV needs to have under 100k miles with lower being better obviously. Iv been looking around and pretty much have it narrowed down to the Jeep Liberty, Chevy Trailblazer, Ford Explorer and maybe even the Jeep Grand Cherokee. My question is, does anyone have one or have owned one that they can give me some input on aka pros and cons. Im leaning towards the Liberty but im open for input. Thanks.
  16. Still for sale, make an offer.
