  1. How much is it? I'm not an SCCA member.
  2. What are the inlet and outlet tube sizes on the IC?
  3. My thoughts exactly. Go find something decent suck it up and deal with a payment, and keep the good truck. Beater trucks cost more then a decent truck, and you already have a good truck.
  4. If you can't find any used try here. http://www.oewheelsllc.com/
  5. Why you haten on me? I'm hung like a stud canary.... DOMINATION! http://farm6.staticflickr.com/5056/5398799604_f532dc4a51_b.jpg
  6. My cowboy hat doesn't go on my head, it just hides the surprise. :dumb:
  7. So just cause you don't like cyclists you have to give them a hard time? I bet everyone likes having a hard time because you drive a fast car. I don't like cyclists, I don't want to pedal my ass around, I don't find enjoyment in it. However I share the road with them with hopes that people will share the road with me when I'm on my motorcycle or my daughter is riding around the neighborhood. Some of you are doing nothing more then being worthless haters, leave the people alone who are enjoying their free time how they see fit. They don't come to drag races and autocrosses and get in our way. Just another problem with the "ME!" generation way of thinking, get over yourselves.
  8. Lol, its going to rain regardless of it being thursday.

    Question

Its jumped around, but you have to remember that it isn't really a CR spot, just where people end up. Honestly if you want some "fun stuff" to happen, being around HD or Sawmill Rd is just a bad idea.
  10. Was that you in the blue Z06?
  11. I can scan it with EFIlive, what side of town are you on?
  12. On a 2010? I'm not sure what will fit over the brakes, but I highly doubt a 15" rim will. The smallest factory wheels are 18", so I'm guessing that even 16" is unlikely. I suggest asking this question over on LS1tech. I'm not aware of anyone with a 5th gen running wheels like that on this site.
  13. Interesting, as I said before I'd scan it and see what the computer has to say.
  14. Depends on what they put in there. My car has a Ractronix pump and hotwire kit, and it doesn't need primed. I suppose if a cheap knock off pump was used it may have a bad check valve in it, if it even has one. If you checked fuel pressure at WOT when you were having an issue and it only fluxuated by 4 psi or so, I'd be looking in to other things before I condemned the fuel pump for that issue. Your start-up may be related though. What are you trying to fix here?
  15. My best advice is to talk to a good machine shop about the rods. I felt as though the stock rods, while strong, do not stand up to any loads other then what is meant for them, what I mean is they cannot be dropped, or have the wrist pins pressed in and out with out the proper procedure. It is my understanding that there are machine shops out there reconditioning the stock rods, but I have no first hand experience. I either replace the whole engine at the dealership, or put some cheap H-beams in an engine I'm building.
  16. Scanning it would be the best place to start.
  17. Anyone who went to the Miata Club event on sunday they put up the times today. http://www.buckeyemiataclub.com/autoX/Scoring_5_27_2012.pdf I'm fairly pleased where I fell considering I've only raced my MazdaSpeed Miata a few times now.
  18. The main wires for the battery, alternator, and starter should be obvious where they go. The control wires are a little more involved but aren't overly complicated. If it's something I can give you a hand with would be easier, or I can swing by and print alot of these schematics off on your printer. What is the car doing now? Not cranking at all? Security light? what? Do you still have my number? We can set something up.
  19. I find a lot of info on LS1tech when I'm wondering about something.
  20. I'll take that TV and DVD player, PM coming.
  21. Well seeing as how he wants to stay on a budget he already has this stuff. While they are good heads that will work on the LQ4 he would also have to get an intake manifold, injectors, fuel rails, different rocker arms, throttle body, and a few other adaptors in order to run them. It didn't seem to fit what he was asking.
  22. With milled heads you'd want to check it, but I'd think with the dished LQ4 pistons you're likely to be fine.
