Usually in a case like that you just go down to the clerk of courts and have them run a check on you.

Unfortuatly I've seen shit like this happen more then just once or twice. People just don't care, they just show up when the caliper starts leaking and the car won't stop. A lot of the time people refuse the work too, because they can't afford pads, rotors, and calipers.

This is sad, the poor guy was almost home and some morons who were racing. Why even speed in that area? That part of James Rd is lined with houses. I would never even think of doing anything in an area like that, let alone at night.
