When are you thinking of going, Derek? I have a cert to use and keep getting pushed off for work stuff. August 22/23/24 are the next days coming up that I could do, twilights are only for intermediate/advanced riders. Free camping those days too!

That bike is what makes me want a Ducati. Glad it's back in business. My neighbor just picked up a 998 and I had to bother him for a while about it as he was trying to get it fire on both cylinders.

At this point it looks like a good weekend. I know a lot of folks will have plans but I've hardly been out and I'll have the weekend off from work. Don't have a specific route in mind yet but I'm assuming the usual roads in SEO. I'd like to put in a good day, up and out of Columbus by 9 so it should be getting decent by the time I get east. Medium-medium fast for me, not looking to burn it down, but ya know... Happy to meet at Iron Pony and 83/93 if anybody else wants to join in. If nobody chimes in, I'll probably work on some sections that get me balled up until I suck a little less. If one day works better for people then the other I'm open. Cleared the weekend for bike stuff.

Exactly, I don't ride Jim's pace but have a great safe time when we've gotten together. Warren, if you are able to go, you'll have fun.

Warren, get more gear now if you want to go on this ride. All, when I met Warren, he didn't have much on, but we talked and he seemed like a reasonable guy. We rode a very mild pace together and he was on it. But seriously man, if you show up like you were the other day, none of these guys will ride with you, and you shouldn't at Jim's pace. I would not discourage you from going out and meeting these guys, but be prepared to ride your own ride and meet at the road changes or gas stops. I'll be at the Nelsonville music fest, otherwise I'd join you all.

Glad you posted up man, welcome! After coaching yesterday I met Warren and we went up 278, 56, 374 on my way back home. Good guy, please join in on some of the other rides posted here.

Bummer! Glad you got home safely at least. Just got home myself, great day for a ride. Thanks for all the organizers for this, good start to the season.
