I think you have to submit a request for longer videos but it's free.

I uploaded 30+ minutes, heck even a 2 hour video to Youtube. Never had any issues. Just takes forever.

I never had any problems, I just dropped all the files in premiere and render the edited video.

"Nonpayment of this (citation) cannot adversely affect your credit score or report, driver's license, and/or automobile insurance rates."

Well true, so I just googled how much it would cost. $50. I'm sure if we were stopped on Cherohala, it would have been a lot more.
