Going west to Louisville, then over to Missouri, Arkansas, Louisiana, Mississippi, Alabama, then to Nashville and over to Fontana on Wednesday.
I think we will hit Indiana and Illinois as well.
I used to hit up Court St too. Wasn't there like a Thursday burger day? i went to Broney's more than anything. They had the punch card lunch thing where the 7th lunch was free.
Haven't been to the gym in a couple days, but I did work in the garage all day yesterday. Pushed my motor-less truck out of the garage and back in. Then rode the bike about 40 miles. Didn't really gain or lose anything during the holiday break. Back at it today though.
It's good to see you guys rise above your challenges. 2016 has been great for me. Rode more than I ever have. Went through alot of BS at work that turned out to be nothing. Started to not get worked up about the little things and just to enjoy what I have. Knocked off almost 12k miles this year, and realized I am a happier person when I have motorcycle trips planned and that's what I am gonna do in 2017.
Started this week replacing my breakfast (Nature Valley granola bar) with a protein shake (1 scoop Gold Standard Whey) each morning. We will see how it goes.
It's hard to tell much difference, but these photos were taken a year ago and this weekend. The red shirt you can see my gut was pushing it out. The blue shirt is a more athletic cut, but I think you can see some progress. Not much, but I will be curious to see how 2017 looks.
That was exactly how my first day lifting was. Felt good first day, 2nd day was rough. I've now been mixing an amino acids drink prior to strength training, and then a scoop of protein after. Haven't been than sore and I can now get more weight and reps in.
