So if the flight is on time who are you going to blame NEXT when you are late? (Traffic, Taxi co, people leaving the airport, Train's full, etc....etc....) You can bitch all you want but what's sad is you will probably never appreciate what they actually do and how much is involved to operate an Airline. I guess it's God's fault for the Blizzard fliyng into Denver.... So if there was a major problem and by your reasoning they flew anyway. You'll be the same guy inline for a payout from the crash lawsuit when you were the one bitching to go. Typical BS that you could just man up and take for the team. I still don't see the problem. So you get to stay in a hotel for a night that your company probably pays for. Even then if it is the airlines fault, they have to privide you with a hotel. People that get themselves into these situations don't buy cars that hold there value (like old Hemi's)..... Once again, there is a reason GM offers ZERO percent financing. They'd give them away if they could....

It doesn't matter what kind of car it is, if the person behind the wheel is a complete douche with no sense of vehicle control on a slick surface....

So what you're saying is they could have had a car for $7k UNDER MSRP but since they had negative equity, they paid MSRP in the end. That's NOT a deal and still has them where they were BEFORE, only now they are driving a new car. It may be what they wanted but in NO WAY is it a solution to getting out of debt. It only delays the negative equity a little further back then before. Before they had a 3-year old car with $7k neg equity and now they have a 3-day old car with $7k neg equity that's only going to get worse the longer they have it.....

I wonder why GM is offering such big incentives.... It's pretty bad when an almost $40k SUV is only worth high $20k's in the first year... That's probably how he got behind in the first place.....

What about the $8k he's behind now....? That will be added to the price of the new vehicle so he isn't any better off than before other than he's driving a different car....

You get what you pay for. The cheaper you go the more work it's probably going to need....

You need to get rid of the negative equity BEFORE you buy another car. Pay it off or down or something.... If not you are going to be in even worse over your head in a year or two especially on a new car. ALL cars from the second you drive off the lot, drop in value. It's only going to be worse the more you spend.... Get your car $$$$ balance EVEN and then work on a down payment for the next one.... That's really all you can do short of insurance fraud and even then I hope you have GAP insurance or you are screwed even harder....

Considering Denver is one of the worst places for flights being cancelled and that's general knowledge going in there, I don't see what you're mad about. Don't fly into/out of Denver..... If in fact it was a maintenance issue and not one of the BS airline f-ups, why are you mad again? It's not like they can just pull over on the side of the road when there is a problem. I'd be happy they cancelled! I've flow in and out of some shitty places on planes that shouldn't have even flow and we wondered the entire way if we were going to even make it. Don't cry that you didn't even go. Let me know when you are flying and loose an engine or two and make a couple emergency landings. That's much more exciting than sitting in an airport with a cancelled flight....

You might want to check is MODS on that bike. If those times are the person I think it is, HE IS STRETCHED 5"s over. Shit a BUSA will run 8's with that wheel base.... Brock's bike went 9.0-9.1's WITH OUT the flies AND your rider still has the flies!?!? Not to mention it wasn't even Brock riding it for those times. Shine, Chip Ellis and several other PRO's (120-150lbs.) have ridden it NOT YET breaking into the 8's with MORE MODS than your dream bike has. So you want me to believe that some back water unknown rider is running QUICKER with LESS mods than several PRO's, I find that VERY HARD TO BELIEVE!!!

I've seen 01-04 Z06's go for under $30k with less than 10k miles. With the Turbo setup I think $42-45 would be a GREAT deal....
