  1. Just move here jerkoff...
  2. Base 2SS is $42,300 and invoice $40,640. Auto, Magnetic, Brembos $48,660 and invoice $46,400. Wait another year or two for a 1LE... ...but also means the ZL1 is going to be $65k+ pusing $70k+ with options.
  3. Anyone see these videos a while back?? https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=9piyKeiWjDg Rumor is it's going to be a hopped up Escalade-V or some crap. I was hoping it would be a Tahoe SS or something but doesn't appear that way yet. Correct, something to do with the side or curtain airbags not fitting in the Viper..
  4. I'm really liking these cars and the fact that used they are in the high-$60k's now. Even new bases start at $82k..
  5. Honestly, I'd never buy another front loader as long as I live. We bought a high end unit that was the best at the time and it's a PITA. Never again..
  6. Am I the only one that actually doesn't have a problem with the guy and kind of like what he says? He speaks his mind and isn't politically correct or censored...and a little truth to most of it....shits hilarious... Who give a shit about the Miss whatever mistake....who honestly still watches that CRAP? He's done more for that show making his mistake (planned or not) than anything else on that show has ever done.
  7. Many times they have the roads closed for shooting these episodes,...apparently this isn't one of those times...
  8. Another reason drag doesn't do much for me anymore....so much more fun to hold it wide open until the limiter in high gear...
  9. Hellcat probably feels more exciting but the V would be much more refined IMO. More curious if any are going into LIMP mode like the Z06 from heat soak? The only ones that are getting a premium from those that can't wait are the Challenger Hellcats, the Charger Hellcat you can drive almost anywhere and buy for MSRP all day. Some are going less if you shop..
  10. I've got a few different guns I am going to setup for different things. Trying to get some ideas. I've been searching the AR forums but most stuff that comes up has 2009-2013 dates and not much 2015+ current that I can find that aren't knock offs. I know a lot of new stuff has come out but haven't seen reviews with any real info about them. Are most people going towards the cheaper stuff now with similar results? Of course most of them aren't being used in a war zone currently. The ones that keep coming up are Primary Arms Red Dot..http://www.primaryarms.com/primary-arms-classic-30mm-red-dot-gen-ii/p/kt-pa30mmrdgenii/ ...and the Vortex StrikeFire II setup... http://www.opticsplanet.com/vortex-vortex-strikefire-ii-red-dot-4-moa.html I'll probably do a mid level setup on mine and a basic red dot setup for my wife until she gets comfortable with what she wants. Not interested in a high power scope YET until I figure out my AR10 setup.
  11. I haven't been following things that close lately, just curious what the latest and greatest is? Best bang-4-buck? Anyone looking to upgrade? Otherwise, what are you guys using these days?
  12. Very nice video guys!
  13. Every time I drive the thing I am honestly shocked at how much has changed at GM. I actually enjoy the thing and hope it stays that way. The 6.2/8-speed is a lot of fun for a big ass SUV. Thank you... I'd love to but they are 4-hours away and west of Dallas so not worth my time.
  14. Did anyone really NOT see this coming? I mean seriously,....is anyone really surprised? The guy was a complete douche from head to toe and no amount of money from anyone was going to change that. I'm sure his pops even knew that and made sure the trust was protected to prevent him from completely screwing the family name or worse (or at least I hope).
  15. For fucks sake some of you sound like you've never gone anywhere or done anything with your life. WTF? Get out and travel, see the world with or without your family. Many of you sound like you are living in hell and dropping everything to leave is the only way out. Maybe just step back and look at your life, and change your path if it's not headed in the direction you intended. I'm sure this isn't the case (at least I hope) but damn, reading some of these posts sure come off that way.. Regardless of how bad things are you can ALWAYS drop everything and walk away and start new. Maybe I got use to it moving in the military every few years but you've got to look at life differently people. You've always got people that bitch about everything. It doesn't matter the assignment, they are never happy and that may or may not be the case when you drop everything and try it. Life is what you make it, go and enjoy it before it's gone and/or the people you love are gone with it.
  16. Hate to say it but figured something like that would happen. Now I would go after them over the principle of the entire situation. File a complaint with the prosecutor and anyone else you can about the entire situation.
  17. I kind of did the same thing. The price I shot him he didn't event hesitate on, wish I would have low balled more... Nope, the wife has stuck to her guns on that since before we were married. Said she'd NEVER own a minivan and hasn't changed her mind...
  18. http://i4.photobucket.com/albums/y128/GotBusa/Mobile%20Uploads/image.jpeg http://i4.photobucket.com/albums/y128/GotBusa/Mobile%20Uploads/image_3.jpeg
  19. Figured everything was said and done since they gave me a price in writing, signed, and deposit given. They tried to raised it $2,300 when all was said and done. As much as I've seen that in the past I honestly have had pretty good experiences lately (until then). Our VW was a smooth deal and this was even smoother. I guess it all depends if you've got a trade or not and bring them a check and walk out. Yep, 6.2 comes in the Denali only (except Escalade), wish it was offered on the Tahoe though. I keep hearing that from people but I honestly just don't like chrome on the trim, grill, fog light surround, etc.. It just looks cheap IMO but maybe I'll rethink..hmm.. Honestly, this is one of the best prices I could find. Currently GM doesn't offer any sort of rebates or incentives on the Tahoe/Yukon line which is odd since the trucks have such big ones (probably offer $2-4k off by Christmas though since I just bought). Even the USAA discounts and a few others aren't offered on the 2016's yet. The 2015 has a few but not enough discount to justify. Most dealers around here don't want to even do invoice. I found a couple that would go under invoice but didn't want to spend $75k+ on a family hauler with options I didn't want. Thinking about something like this.... http://www.vividracing.com/blog/wp-content/uploads/Denali.jpg http://www.vividracing.com/blog/wp-content/uploads/Denali-2.jpg Thank you guys!
  20. After looking at trucks forever and set on ordering a 2016 F150 we changed our minds at the last minute... My wife decided with a third kiddo that she wanted more room. We drove a bunch of stuff and couldn't really find much we liked. She decided she liked the new Tahoe and found a dealer that would order what I wanted and give me the price in writing. Long story short....they tried to jack the price up on me when the truck arrived so I walked. I was pretty pissed at that point and wasn't planning to buy anytime soon. I checked all the dealers in Texas/Louisiana, etc and couldn't find a single vehicle with the options I wanted in the color she wanted. Ended up stopping into the GMC dealer to drive one with the 8-speed. Told him what I was looking for and no rush finding one. He called me back two days later saying one exactly like we wanted just arrived at another dealer in town. He went over and checked it out for me and it was still in plastic with 2-miles on the odometer. I told him what I was willing to pay below invoice and he did a dealer trade and matched it without any hassle. So after all was said and done we ended up with a Yukon! http://i4.photobucket.com/albums/y128/GotBusa/IMG_8302.jpg http://i4.photobucket.com/albums/y128/GotBusa/IMG_8303.jpg http://i4.photobucket.com/albums/y128/GotBusa/IMG_8304.jpg We've had it almost a month now and I'm rather surprised with it honestly. As someone that's NOT a GM guy AT ALL and prefers Ford and European cars, I can say I'm really impressed with it for a big SUV. So far it's gotten 23.8mpg straight highway and 19mpg on our mixed route. I don't plan to do much to it but the basics tint, clear bra, etc. and probably lower, wheels, and remove all the darn chrome when I get time. I'm giving you a chance General Motors, lets not mess this up... :bangbang:
  21. Sorry to see/hear about the car but glad she's okay! On the bright side, it's totaled and you guys can car shop for another...
  22. LOVE the Focus RS and Golf R....would be fun DD's!
  23. I wouldn't buy one without the auto personally but hey whatever floats your boat...
  24. Only problem is no one pays MSRP, with the rebates a while back you could get one for $33k....and like I said, doesn't take much to get a ZL1 over $60k (not many deals on them). Still isn't double but not far off for not much more performance around a road course..
