  1. If your up for riding with a stranger I can meet up at the gas station in new concord. Intersection of 83/40.
  2. Was out for a spin yesterday and found a bike playing peek a boo in my mirrors heading north on 83 out of New Concord. Turned out to be a spirited ride. That bike disappeared from my mirror so I doubled back just in case but turned out he slowed up to wait on the rest of his group. I was out killing a half hour before dinner turned out to be good times. Thinking it may have been a member here??
  3. Quality led marker and signal easy install. Nice and bright just tuck under or over bottom clamp on forks. https://www.customdynamics.com/truflex_truwraps.htm
  4. You guys are all making me jealous. Made it to deals gap in August packed up like this (tank bag). Helps that I can get a gallon of milk and a loaf of bread under my seat though. Hope to pick up something I can bag in the spring.
  5. Gotcha. Didn't see that trailer thing coming.
  6. New guy here. Obviously haven't been on one of these rides but sounds great. Seems a lot of you fellas are from way up north and way west of the area you like to ride and lucky me I'm right in the middle of it. You guys ever think about different locations for beginning and end to cut some of the miles? You could start somewhere like coshocton head south 83 to 78 loop around bottom of old mans cave area then point em north on 664 finishing up in the Hebron or jacktown area. Something like that could add some more miles to your epic ride and cut down on getting to it. May sound crazy. Just a thought.
  7. Little detour for any of you fellas coming down 83 from the north. Pick up sr541 in coshoton heading south it will run right into sr658. 658 dead ends into sr209 you'll hang a right and it'll bring you right back to sr83 a few miles north of New Concord. These are some nice roads and worth taking a detour even when sr83 is open. Adds some miles but a nice ride sr658 and sr209 both freshly paved in last couple of years.
  8. Yep that's me. Thanks for the compliments on the bike.
  9. Thanks. Project was a lot of fun. Taking it through 7 states and 8000 miles after a complete tear down was a blast.
  10. I've bumped into a few guys on this forum and it sounded worth joining. Got back into bikes last year and realized just how much I missed it. Spent last winter tearing down my zrx and making it my own. Love to ride and look forward to meeting up with some other sport bike guys to ride with. It's gonna be a long winter.
