Admired it a bit while hoping for rain. Ecu sent off for Ivan to work it over. Would feel better about timing if it put down buckets.

Welcome back, missed seeing you at the gas station .
Just to be clear. Awfully bad choice of a bike don’t understand why you would make a horrible choice.
Been looking around here a bit. See you made that same mistake. How you liking it? Lots of folks on something different than last year.

It’s been one hell of a year. Sometimes life really gets in the way. Shortly after last years gap trip the health of both my parents went down the tubes at the same time. Both are leveled out now living in a retirement home together. Now that I got more time hope to see some of you fellas on the south east twisties.
Spent the last 16 months on the Vaquero and no complaints but just not my thing I guess. Picked up a proper machine a few days ago. My very first non Kawasaki. Proud owner of a new tracer GT. Looking forward to fall epic ride.

Most in this area have good luck with the Amish contractors. I would be sure to find out who the metal roofing and siding supplier is though. Our plant has sold a lot of rejected steel coils to the Amish over the years that are defective due to paint problems.

Yep it was a great day for it. 250 was in ok shape with a couple 1 lane stop and go lights but a ton of truck traffic. WV 7 is an awesome road and half of it had fresh asphalt. 800-78-83 were all pretty good shape as usual. Damn good ride today. Shoulda took a few pics but that just means extra stops.

Tomorrow looks like a good day to head to WV. Lots of construction this side of the river. Hope 800 is clear. Will be a nice change to head out on a cool morning.

Welcome to the shit show dave! You're a few hours south of me but there are plenty of cbus riders on here. Enjoy the general atmosphere we have to offer here at ORDN, including but not limited to: fuckery, quasi-intellectual hobnobbery, gay jokes, gay intentions, ass-chewing and an overarching theme of pointless persecution and internet dick-beating.
And we talk about bikes sometimes too.
Very well put.
Welcome dave

I made it across 536 yesterday and saw the road closing sign. Maybe someone local knows a little more. There were 3 or 4 one lane stop lights at the big slips. Lots of smaller slips unmarked some filled with stone. There was a good bit of gravel to be found in some corners. Sure hope they get this road straightened up a bit. Damn near ran into 20 cattle being led across the road around a blind corner as well.

Staying at the Skyline Village Inn?
The Switzerland Inn. Little pricey. But the restaurant and bar are attached to the lodge and it’s right off the parkway
Damn it’s been a while

Got my ecu back and installed. After a 50ish mile blast I gotta say that Ivan guy has his shit together. Silky smooth. Acts like a carbed bike with throttle cables now. Does what you tell it.
