365 miles for me. Zoomed down 241 to Millersburg and took 60 all the way in. Took a similar route home but by way of 585 through Smithville. Won't make that mistake again. I remember seeing you, B.. except I didn't know it was you. Sorry I didn't check the board when I got to Z'ville.

I do know that KY-7/550/80/421/70 is a fun, winding route that will take you straight to the TN/KY border. Then you can hop on I-81S in to Knoxville Or.. yo u can stay on 70/208 into Hot Springs and take 209 to Clyde and pick up 215 to Lake Toxaway and take US-64 to Franklin for Cafe Rel. Just off the top of my head... 😁

So many options in KY. I will get something built tonight or tomorrow. Do you want to come out in Knoxville or closer to Townsend?

Yep. When/where am I meeting you?

A timeline of events that led to a new bike (aka Pauly is a good influence)

Yep. If it had another inch of ground clearance it would be damn near perfect for sport touring. The pegs touch down on the regular under fastish spirited corners. Not an issue for the most part and it's fairly predictable. More of a nuisance than anything. I still hold fast to the belief that it's begging for shift-assist. It would be phenomenally adept at chasing down CBRs if it had that ace up its sleeve. I wonder if Honda thinks such a setup would hurt DCT sales? -

I am hopeful the used market will flood with Covid-boredom purchase motorcycles by the time we are ready for another. -

LIAR!! It was 4 days and damn near Wisconsin. -
I had a Snickers bar and a Redbull for lunch but this was waiting for me when I got home...

Rode with @Likwid for a few miles today. Ran into a slew of OR.net miscreants in New Concord. Zoomed past my crash site and came across a white tractor hauling a tanker trailer. Kind of creepy but at least it didn't hit me. Had a pork sundae in Bolivar with Matt and then scurried home before the rest of society rolled out of bed.

Paid off the BMW 41 months early and saved about $1200 in interest. Gonna buy a myself a root beer float to celebrate.

LOVE that generation of the SV650. Such a great street bike.

Nice. I was planning on a Hundred loop the other day until the weather went sour.

Does commuting on motorcycle roads in my car to eat count? Drove to Richmond down 800, across the river on Sistersville Ferry and then across WV/VA on US-250. Had lunch in Fly at the Riverview Diner.

Tecnic 40/50 leather jacket. This was Isaac's and is a medium fit. Maybe a smaller medium fit. It has a zip in vest liner and all the zippers work. No tears or rash. Alpinestars Gore-tex boots, size 40. These were also Isaac's. Good condition. No rips or tears. You can pick them up at my place or meet me on a ride and I will bring them with me.

Word. This is how you Smokey Mountain ride.

I left the house at 7am and headed west toward 21S/585/83 and met a friend near New Concord. We then proceeded to roll across 40/265/146/800/148/26/145/556/78/536/260 back to Caldwell where we went our separate ways home. I finished my day tooling around 78/379/265 when I finally hopped on 77N and droned home on autopilot. I put in 366 miles according to my odometer. So, probably closer to 340. Great day. Little chilly at first, but heated gear makes this weather just about perfect for day jaunts to hotdog land.
