Sidetrip skipping woo-town from down here. SR83 to holmesville then the twisty runs along the river to fredricksburg....actually an old state route (96) back in the day...the old folks ran it to Cleveland for watching baseball games. At the square in freds. turn right/ north ...uh....heck we'll just have to run it and to explore it...I can get to us30 then it'll be guessin from there. Sr60 from killbuck north to stop lite at sr39 & sr754....follow 754 north to sr514 that goes to shreve but ya still end up in wooster. Go straight at stop sign at 754 & 514 intersection and follow your headlite...northerly and all county roads crossing 30 & 250...comesout on SR.603 nw of wooster way over...then wandering north you'd possibly be near norwalk dragway....been up that-a-way....lemme know if ya wanna poke around backroad adventure.o

North. SR60 northside of killbuck open. USR62 between.killbuck and Sr83 open. SR83 North of Holmesville open. All water across road from Monday receded. SR60 byBlissfield down....onlya bit along edge line north side of town in the north lane.

Just sent UP a note re: SR60. Road closed sign, but it is open. I ran down to Dresden and then over to Kershocton ...paving projects near Clark at holmes co line. Dresden had one finishing up. Heading back north between holmesville and moreland to see if water still across sr 83. Be back at U in a few.

UP...Three confirmed for hook up in mlbg. We'll be there at 10am..in case you have a tail wind. The 666 scooter guy now has a 650 cc Burgman, that's why he's selling the Vespa. I thought he said 800 cc...but I stand corrected on that....musta been talking into my bad ear.

666 Scooter update....since I rode at my own lil pace.....saw the scooter and he wants too much. It's a 2009 - 250 cc Vespa. 9000 miles on it....wants like $4500.00 but he told me he'd take $3900.00. I also took the opportunity to invite him on the great scooterific endeavor. UP y'all could have a new recruit. Loud pipes.....then ya know i'm not down somewhere...as you can hear me coming up to ya thru the woods. ;p

Just checked in,,,I was planning on leaving the greater Killbuck Metro area around 9:15AM, that being the intersections of USR62 and SR 60. Taking SR60 to SR36 (to Warsaw) and then running route backwards (as I did last time) iffen I isn't late I will be at the KFC at SR79 and SR16 at 10-15 ish. I read that John called the Warehouse, er, Lock 27...guess that explains the sheriff's cars at the restaurant today, eh. So I snuck across the street to Capt Nye's and had ice cream...they keep moving the ice cream stand around. Omar Shariefs.....One likes to loiter in Warsaw as well. Sits at the parts store at the intersection where the only light in town, use to be. Tamarrah. Smiling.

Got mtg time down for 10am @ spdwy/mlbg. Speazy thinking riding scoot from Columbus to mlbg then the river ride too much. Lily!!!! See you at spdwy...i'll be there at 10am.

2011 Thus far: Wifey got a squirrel...not completely but made it writhe in pain..it stopped and darted off. Musta ran over it's tail...come to think of it the tail wasn't up in the traditional question mark shape...me...just got a racoon - real early this AM. The Blackbird got a bird..earlier this Spring.

LOL now..really am...as it is much later this AM and I'm up at laptop at store...as I came thru past Burger Whopper to get here I noticed the sign proclaiming, June 5th bike show.....realized that June 5th ain't happened yet, itsa guy thing. So the scooter crew wasn't youse? Maybe it was doing a dry run? Looks like I'm in...Speazy has the lil Vino....momma has her Aprilia and I have the marginally faster than a scooter Suzuke GS500F. We'll just stop every so often to reattach parts that vibrate off! So here in glorious Millersburg will be the Bike Show to display your scooter as you grab food for the long journey south. As always you touristas may always, always, always count on the ole homestead as being available for ground support. Now if I can remember where I put that foot peg I made from the last visit you had down here. Oh yeah bike show is a mass of Goldwings usually, so the scooters will be dwarfed...last Goldwings I had encountered on the road where pacing at 42 mph...so they may be able to keep up with the scooters!!!! We iz in count two if not three more for the adventure!

Prior commitment and darn...maybe will sneak a way for a bit to observe and offer moral support.

Stay on it and it'd ll come back out on 541 above roscoe...speaking of above roscoe turn off of 17 onto cr 23 ..could be cr33....just look for my black mark......new tire tomorrow. If ya get to 514/520 sing out...
