Had a 94 Probe GT with the KLZE in it. Bought a Supra. Sold the probe shortly thereafter. I think they are an attractive car, but they are heavy for thier class, hard to make power with/make fast, poor after market support, and FWD. My Probe was my first fun car, and I will always have a soft spot for them, but I would never consider moding one again.

Loved it, but ponder this. If the main character had not been such a skilled driver would you still have liked him? To me without that facit, the character was just some socially awkward wierdo.

My advice is to make a list of possibly scenerios. Take all emotions/ego out of the decision, and do what's best from a financial view point. I do have one question though. If your inlaws could buy a house cash, would they also be willing to float you a small loan to get the current house sold?
