  1. That seems like pretty low gas mileage for that small of an SUV. Hell, that's around what my Avalanche gets when I'm not abusing the throttle, and it's big and very heavy (5500 lbs). I don't buy this little additive making ANY difference in gas mileage. I'm extremely skeptical.
  2. I thought it was pretty damn obvious he was making fun of the Conquest's stock motor and electrical setup.
  3. Yeah, that will get it done nicely. I'm sure they are leaving a decent amount on the table w/ stock tuning. Cam could probably go bigger with the ability to tune as well. W/ a bigger cam/C16/tuning and a little more spray, I could see 800RWHP not being out of the question.
  4. Free stuff is free stuff, can't complain!
  5. "With 678 Whp ( Approx 800 flywheel hp) on tap there isn't anything on the road faster" That's a big claim.
  6. Like anyone want to watch your piece race. I didn't think in the Nova vs. Camaro episode that the Nova guys came off all that well. They were a professional shop full of excuses. The Camaro guy came off as a bit of an idiot, but at the same time, the point was made that the Nova definately "should" have been faster, yet was the one wanting lengths.
  7. I'd have to think a short wheelbase car like that isn't exactly the best platform for a jet-engine. And similar stuff has been done before, and posted on here no less. So that guy can stop claiming he is the first; perhaps the first w/ a New Beetle, and for good reason!
  8. Amp model please, and price for amp-only sale.

Hey now, no one deserves that!! Well, maybe child molestors. And 1/2 of my automobiles run, and 1/2 of the non-running ones are due to expensive upgrades taking place. Yeah, I didn't realize the no-shoe rule. My freaking forehead broke out the day after washing that shit off.....but it did come off easily. I'm just thankful no one colored in my ears.

    new car?

I'm part of that "club"....the Mustangs most definately lose.
  11. Ummm, yeah. Richard Christy on the Howard Stern show a couple weeks ago had a full downstairs wax job done on the air. The sounds he made were out of this world; he got FULLY waxed (shaft, nuts, ass, crack, hole, cheeks, EVERYTHING). From what the wax lady on the show was saying, it is worse for men, as our skin is more sensitive to waxing. That, and it's always worse for first-time waxers. I'll stick to my razer, thank you very much.
  12. That didn't seem very fast to me.
  13. Yeah, I'd bang them. Wouldn't question that for a second.
  14. Hot and way too much clothing on.
  15. <--- Can't find anyone worth marrying. But I do own a house, have for almost 4 years now (can't believe it's been that long). Home ownership definately has its up's and down's. But it is always a place you know is your own.
  16. This is the one that gets me.....and IMO is why ALL divorces involving children should mandate a DNA test be done. Just imagine paying 10's of thousands of dollars on a kid that's not even yours.
  17. Roofer Dave's car. 10.5 outlaw car, that thing should be good for low 7's when it is done and dialed in. Local guy too; could be this year's new King of Columbus. I saw/talked to the guy at trails when that car was a silver supercharged 6-speed running high 10's with traction issues and slipping blower belt.
  18. You Type "Argh" people totally missed the idea of this thread; it's things that are unique about your model that isn't to most other vehicles, not the suttle difference between a Type R and other Inslugra models.
  19. And incase anyone hasn't seen the new hotness: http://i22.photobucket.com/albums/b308/TimbrSS/DSC02659.jpg Edit: I sure as fuck didn't post this. Which is pretty easy to tell, since I only host stuff on my COFBA webspace.
  20. I think it's really cool Edit: I can remove pics I didn't post.
  21. Another reason I don't listen to Testicle Radio. W/ Sat. radio, I just look at my Sirius unit, and know who is playing and the song title. That, and the lack of commercials, they play more than the same 8 songs over and over, ton of channels to choose from, etc.
  22. Avalanche has a ton of cool shit no other truck/suv has: - Dual cargo lamps in the bed. - The bed w/ the hardcovers on is weather tight - The whole midgate/pull the rear window out, reconfigurable bed setup.....I can't imagine buying a quad cab pickup over an Avalanche.....it does everything a regular quad cab does, and a ton of stuff it can't - Lockable storage compartments on the side of the bed, makes great used of otherwise unuseable space. - Bed Hard Covers can hold 250lbs on them, meaning it's safe to walk on - The bed and body are all one unit - The Avalanche is based on the Suburban frame, not the standard truck frame. This = better ride quality I can go on, but I'll stop there. I freaking love my Avalanche; it's been a great purchase.
  23. My exact suggestion. I have a weird panel in my house (old Pushmatic I need to replace soon), that has a "main" breaker for only 1/2 the panel. It started going out on one side, and because the wiring in my house is a bit weird, different rooms had dim lighting and stuff not working. Tossed a VOM on there, found the voltage was low and dropping. Swapped breakers, solved the issue (sadly it was a $50 breaker I had to modify to work ).
