The West. I change how I say things depending on where I am. Well maybe not really how I say them but what I say. I'll say soda down here, but pop up in Ohio. When I used to travel overseas I would try and pick-up/use what the locals were saying.

So how slow was it? I wouldn't mind picking up a later model 348 ts, but they seem like they would be pretty slow.

You'll want a single cut flute so it doesn't get clogged up as easily. Be very careful though as you can take a lot of material off very quickly. Then finish with a sanding roll.
