Sweet. Unfortunately I can't go this year since I moved over to roundy round racing. I will be at the inaugural Charlotte race and will probably go to the final in Pomona with KB Racing.

Well the hardest part will be saving up 20% so you get a prime rate. UNless you want a 2nd mortgage. I't's taken me about 6 months to save up half of the downpayment I'm going to need to make.

I'll be taking advantage of this soon. I was giong to buy a house this fall, but my parents just bought a lake house 10 mins from my work that they won't be using until Feb. I'll be moving into there next month and saving even more money and buying my house next year.
