  1. Shit, I forgot about the bug issue. I can probably find some along the way. I have been less than impressed with what's what I've seen for sale but I don't usually need wood so I haven't really looked I guess. I'll just have to look around a little more this time.
  2. I'm about to hit AEP Recreationland this weekend and just realized I'm all out of the firewood I had saved up from my last downed tree. Does anyone know where I can get a small pile of firewood for cheap around here? The gas stations have some but that shit sucks and is way overpriced.:dumb: I just need enough to fill my hitch-mounted carrier, which is maybe 1/8th of a truck bed's volume or less.
  3. Roll Bar/Cage. Might as well get it out of the way.
  4. Manual, AWD, Nice shape, comfortable, safe, decent power, basically reliable... All of the things my first car (cars) were not. Congrats. I'm not a parent, but somehow I'm certain he'll thank you for this later when he learns enough to know why. :fuckyeah:
  5. This. But once that's handled, this: http://www.flyinmiata.com/
  6. I lol'd. Also of note is that in the movie they are referred to as Mr. White and Mr. Orange - hence the crayon tie-in.
  7. Here. Have some of these: .,.,;:! :gabe: On topic - Man I need to pick up a fox and a turbo kit... Stat.
  8. Agreed. Call me a bitch, but I typically avoid night riding in general - especially at freeway speeds.
  9. http://www.superturbodiesel.com/std/attachment.php?aid=3012 Didn't work out for Peter Griffin.
  10. "In" a place, not "on" a place just sounds better to me. Unless you are actually mounting something. Related: http://free-pianosheetmusic.com/wp-content/uploads/2010/07/LMFAO.jpg
  11. Looks alot better. Maybe a little despeckling before sharpening would clean it up further. It may start to look overly "processed" though.
  12. True Story. Being beaten to death with frozen chicken titties is absolutely NOT gangsta'. :fuckyeah:
  13. Well, it's done. I stuck with the 35%. It's early to say, but just from the little bit of driving I did yesterday it seems like it makes a big difference in heat rejection (as it should). It looks a little darker than I expected in some light conditions but you'd have no trouble seeing the driver. 14. Yeah, I was really on the fence between 50 and 35 (mentioned in another thread) but decided to go with the 35%. I don't really care what it looks like but they claim the 35% has about 5% better heat rejection. I figured for the same cost I might as well take it - I just hope I don't get hassled by the man.
  15. The Jeep goes in later today for Pinnacle on the side windows. It will be a nice change not burning my legs/back up on my way home from work every day (it's only an 8 minute commute, but it still sucks).
  16. True Story. I like the Soft 8s a little better, but that' just me. http://www.jegs.com/i/Cragar/260/3975812P/10002/-1?parentProductId=754162
  17. Agreed. Personally, I have a always had a natural slant toward big bore guns (I still do). I have owned an assortment of .40 and .45 pistols. They're not always the most practical choice for daily carry though, depending on how you intend to use them. In the end I chose a very small gun in 9mm. It conceals easily and is cheaper to practice with, which translates to a greater likelihood that I will actually carry it and be proficient with it. That's not to say that I think .40 is a big caliber, I'm just saying that sometimes good enough is... good enough. Even if it's just going to be a range gun, it is hard to beat the 9mm in terms of price per round (excluding the obvious .22LR, etc).
  18. Have you hard reset the phone? The only time I had a some funny behavior like that it was fine after a hard reset (Hold home+Top Button until it reboots back to the apple screen - not just powering off via slider)
  19. Back in my day, I made ~4.40/hour. Eventually I got a raise when minimum wage went up to 4.75/hour. :fuuuu:
  20. If you have a work permit I don't get why a McDonald's wouldn't hire you. McDonald's is kind of a dick job, hence the high turnover, but it's really not that bad as minimum wage jobs go. Nearly any restaurant that will hire you at 15 is probably going to be about the same. It was a good way to get some work experience. The lot tech gig sounds kinda neat though. Wish I had thought of it back then.
  21. You can get a work permit at 15, right? I think I was 15 when I started at McDonald's but I had to get a work permit. Just realized that was over 15 years ago... :fa:

  23. Not sure if want. Too many "new" car shows lately. I'll try it out, but I'm not getting my hopes up yet.
