Lots of traffic, lots of cops, lots of drunks. Just a friendly reminder to drive safe. Seems like they usually beef up cops on the highway around Wednesday or Thursday before big weekends like this so just drive slow(ish). My last ticket was three years ago this weekend. WooHoo!

Give it a few years. Not very many of us will be able to touch that property here in a few years. But yeah, it's a bad part of town right now. Had friends that lived about a block off of high on East 11th for a few years, that was bad enough. I had other friends that lived on Euclid next to the Kroghettos on High, right next to the Section 8 housing. That was a BAD area.

What I said had nothing to do with the content of his post but just the way he constantly bitches about everything and anything. If he's as unhappy and unstable as his post seem, he has at least minor issues. Ones that if they were taken care of whether through finding a healthy to cope, drugs, whatever, he'd lead a much happier life. Not bad ass at all. A mini-van could have a jet motor in it and it would still be a mini-van. I have pacts with numerous people that we will kill each other if we ever buy a mini-van. No idea about the lineage from any mitsu engine to the turbo mopar engine now via DSM (which was done away with six years ago). I think that's a bit of a strech. I would assume they started from scratch on this motor. Maybe using a general block design that they already had.
