  1. Look at the radar. We are more than likely going to get some here (columbus).
  2. Cool, just wondering. According to that page the 91+ non-turbo 3si brakes are the ones this guy is talking about. They are supposed to be the same as 93+ DSM AWD fronts and 92-96 Diamante fronts. They are all the 2 piston 'big brakes'. I was just trying to clarify what you were saying with the rear. As of right now lots of stuff, including the rear trailing arms are off. Bearings are one of the many things I will be replacing so the spindle will be coming out. Are you talking about a FWD DSM that you swapped them onto? The suspension in the back is much different. I don't think the spindles look the same (I'm AWD).
  3. I'm going to eat so many of these this weekend.
  4. Most definitely. This sounds way more like a club I would be interested in going to than Fahrenheit. Count me in. EDIT: Shit this is the same weekend as ALMS at Mid Ohio. Just depends on what day it is and what's going on up at MO at that point. I hate when two things I want to do are on the same weekend/day.
  5. That's tempting. I had heard that you could do this, but didn't know the details. Thanks for the info. I'm assuming you are talking about a Turbo 3si? So you actualy swaped the spindel out on the rear, not sure if I'm reading that right or not?
  6. Yeah, the rears were all the same. They just used different proportioning valves when the fronts were changed. Check out http://www.vfaq.com/FAQlocator-brakes.html That should tell you everything you need to know unless you are going with something drastic like a big brake kit or making your own mounting bracket for a different caliper.
  7. That faggot was at Hooters on Saturday night.
  8. I hope the kid inherits most of Elanas personality traits so we don't have another you running around. Burn. tongue.gif
  9. John, I was obviously under a different impression. Thank you for clarifying how the system usually handles NGRI's. Does using an acronym make it less personal? I still believe that the sentencing shouldn't be any different. An NGRI does get found Not Guilty, and I don't feel that is the correct way to handle the situation. They still did it and are a menace to society, they should just be handled differently afterwards. What you are saying is that, generally this is what happens. But it's a different means to basically the same end. I don't necessarily agree with that. If a perfectly sane person commits a murder 'of passion', or they were temporarily 'insane', they are still found guilty of manslaughter. It's just not premeditated so it's not murder. How is this any different?
  10. "Three inches wide? Yeah, I think I can take it." "Seriously, I'm not gay. I just really like sucking another guy off because I'm so good at it. Watch how far I can open up my mouth!" "Wana' go play doctor?" "I've been widening my mouth with increasingly bigger shampoo bottles. Kind of like hippies with plugs in their ears or those African women with the clay disk in their lower lips. Only I'm doing mine for a useful reason." Guy one left-"What would you do if you had a million dollars?" Saint-"I'll tell you what I'd do man, suck off two guys at the same time." Guy on left-"That's it? If you had a million dollars, you'd suck off two guys at the same time?" Saint-"Damn straight. I always wanted to do that, man. And I think if I had a million dollars I could hook that up, cause dudes dig a dude with money." Guy on left-"Well, not all dudes." Saint-"Well the kind of dudes that'd let a guy like me double up on them do." Guy one left-"Good point."

    tropical fish

Cichlids are the best. There's a guy on here that runs an Ohio based Cichlid website, but I'm sure he will chime in soon. Only place I would get fish when I had an aquarium was Byerleys, which is in Grandview on Fifth about a block west of Grandview Ave. I would also go to the Petland off of W. Broad in the Lincoln Village plaza. Since I haven't had an aquarium I've been to Aquarium Adventures with friends who have large tanks and I like that place too. They have a location near 161 and Sawmill. I'm sure there are other places, but those are the three I know about and would go to if I were buying fish. If you look in those monthly or quarterly coupon magazines, Petland might still have some coupons in there. Me and my friends used to get fish when they published these, because it was buy one, get one free. And small cichlids are usually 8-12 bucks. Never go to Jacks, every time I got a fish there before I knew any better it introduced some disease into my tank, usually Ick. I got a fish there once after that because it was one I had been looking for forever and couldn't find a small one of, introduced Ick again.
  12. I don't see why pleading legal insanity should basically get someone out of a prison sentence. They might have gotten a few life terms or setenced to death, but instead they get to go to a mental ward until they are 'better'. Send them to the lonely bin for the duration of their sentence. If they get 'better', then they can go to the real jail. There would probably have to be a stipulation that the person can’t be put on death row at that point, it would just cause too many problems. They are just as much of a menace to society as someone who's sane that does something like this, so why should they be treated any differently according to the court system. Trials for the mentally insane should go just as normal trials, same for the sentencing. It should be proven beforehand that the person is not mentally competent to understand what they are doing, and therefore cannot testify either. Then they should be punished as I stated above.
  13. Shit, I can't remember that much back that far. I vaguely remember sleeping through something Saturday afternoon, that might have been it. It wouldn't surprise me. Hey, the spec Miata race was the first one that day. I didn't sleep in that late!
  14. Do you think she'd notice the strut bar and sway bars if you just did them without her knowing? tongue.gif That car is sexy as fuck. There's a color almost identical to that, which was available on the S4's that I considered. That color with tint=sex on wheels.
  15. Aww, they share boots. That's sweet.
  16. Ick. That just means he can get it for even cheaper and put a set of K04's on it. I was actually wondering why you were getting rid of the S4. Have you thought about putting K04's on it, or do you just want something new? Mike, we need to talk about this car. graemlins/thumb.gif
  17. I would think they would be 'standard' too. Every place I've checked so far only has up to 1616, and then it jumps to 2016. I think it might just be an odd size. There is a Raido Shack about two minutes from my house, I'll check there next time I'm going that way. Thanks.
  18. I woke up to 30 some odd spec Miatas dong a rolling start down the back straight last year. I will be there camping this year too.
  19. The Audi S8 with Nitrous in Ronin. graemlins/thumb.gif Especially with the way they drive that car in that movie. http://www.tyresmoke.net/albums/albuq96/Ronin_0084.sized.jpg

And when you left Kroger’s you were revving your engines and driving pretty fast (for a parking lot). That guy in the new Silver SRT4 really needs to calm down too. I can only assume he is a buddy of yours. Wait for any sort of playing once you get away from the spot, that way it's only your ass if something happens and it doesn't ruin the spot. There's absolutely nothing wrong with driving too slow through the parking lot. Not to mention the fact that all of the really bad rice followed you guys over, you almost can’t be blamed for that, but it definitely can be indirectly attributed to you guys.
  21. That was actually the kid in the integra and Clarks fault. I don't know why they weren’t going to speed limit. Clark, you suck! Speaking of the kid in the integra, the one that works at Auto Assets. Who's he friends with, Brandon? I meant to ask him a question last night but forgot to. I don't think he is on the board either. Anyone know how to get in contact with him. I just need to know if they carry CR1620 washer/watch type batteries. It's the kind the key fob for my Audi takes (and I'm assuming every other VAG car), but no normal stores carry them. [ 08. May 2005, 02:07 PM: Message edited by: Trouble Maker ]
  22. "Slide Every evening I died, and every evening I was born again. Resurrected." "Listen to me. You have to consider the possibility that God doesn't like you. He never wanted you. In all probability, he hates you. This is not the worst thing that can happen..."
  23. No SR22 bond. $1k every six months for liability on the Talon and full Coverage on the S4.
