Bwwwhahhahaahha!!! No it's not her but she was our waitress again last night. She wasn't nearly as crackheadish last night as she was on Wednesday night.

People actually race those things, it's funny as hell. It would be pretty gay to get one though but you already own a purple bike so why not finish the ensemble by getting one of these and publicly coming out of the closet. tongue.gif

This one just happens to be a home realtor. So I’m looking at getting into a house and have looked at one house in particular so far. I’ve gone to check it out once two weeks ago and am interested it in. I sat on it for a week or so before I decided I really wanted to get into a house right now and am still interested in that one. I’ve just been doing some research about different financing options I could have and talking to home/condo owners at work about owning a home, financing options, what to look out for, what to do. I am planning at some point to talk to a few different banks/home loan places to get ‘pre-approved’ before I go look at this house again so if I’m still interested at that point I can move on it quick and have some sort of negotiating leverage. The woman that I looked at the house with calls me back two days ago to see if I’m still interested. I tell her yes and ask her if she has anyone I can get into contact with about home loans, specifically what kind of deals I can get being a first time home buyer. She gives me two peoples numbers and I’ve just frankly been to lazy to call them yet. She calls me back today and asks if I have been in contact with either of them yet. She then says, after I told her I had been busy and hadn’t gotten a chance, she talked to one of them and they had said I hadn’t been in contact with them yet. Only two days after talked to her about this. WHAT IN THE FUCK, is she stalking me now or what? I all most went off on her on the phone. I’ll get back a hold of her when I’m ready. If she has something that’s important, then call me. For instance if I need to move on the house if I’m interested, that’s about it. But don’t call and say shit like that. If she calls me back again with something like this she will get an earful and I won’t be dealing with her anymore. Just venting, thanks.

300C is the new badness. I'd rock one. I also agree with a few other people’s sentiments, artist concept looks retarded. The concept from a few years ago looks sweet though.

The Great Milenko has show me the way. I refute my previous post and after work am going to burn my car. I still think that Donkey is full shit though. My spider monkey army would have kicked his ass.

I was thinking about checking into the Civics with the hybrid engines after I got the S4 paid off, guess not now. What does the VW TDI engines get gas mileage wise? Brand New GLS (top of the line model, which will weigh more), Sub $20k Auto: 33/44 city/highway Manual: 38/46 city/highway And your driving around in a VW Golf instead of a Civic.

I thought the whole point of this thread, and this board, and liking performance cars, was about a car and it's potential and not the people who happen to drive them 90% of the time as you say. There are a few things that are important for me when picking out a performance car. 1) Capability for it to do what I want it to do (Mud Butt's whole point). 2) Cost 3) Availability of TONS of parts that don't cost an arm and a leg. 4) Lots of information. Being original with a car is the dumbest thing I've ever heard. 5) Ergonomics and drivability. 6) To a lesser importance looks. Things that I don't give two shits about when picking out a performance car. 1) Whether 99% of the people who drive a car like me are turds, rice out their cars, have small penises or are ditzy high school chicks. I have to worry about none of those for me and that's about the only person I give a shit about. If you see me driving down the road and yell something about me based off of one of those stereotypes you won’t get much more than my middle finger. If you say something like that during a conversation without knowing me very well you probably won’t get much more than me humiliating you emotionally and walking away. 2) What other retards think about my car, including many of you. John, your a nice guy, don't get me wrong. If you like my car and compliment on it, that’s great. If you don't I could care less. If your basing your conclusions about my car or me based upon said stereotypes from 2 then you’re an idiot, refer to 3. 3) What any of you retards think period pretty much, about anything. This is the same type of mentality that racism is based off of, good job on learning anything about people during your lifetime if you think like this. I think that about covers what someone who is truly interested in cars from a performance standpoint should keep in the forefront of their minds instead of letting their stereotypes and puny brains dictate to them what's ‘cool’ and what's not.

Ridenred27 I'm trying to figure out how a DSM got slung in with Hondas? No, really, it's not just because I own one, your statement made total sense execpt for that part of it. I also thought about geting a Honda hatchback Civic for my autocross/track car. Explain to me what I couldn't do with that car, and I could do with my DSM or a 240SX. Or how it wouldn't be alot better choice at what I like to do than a 4000lb+ car from 1963.

Buckeye or anyone else interested, this might also be some interesting information. No pictures though, just flow rates at different pressures and voltages. http://www.roadraceengineering.com/fuelpumpflowrates.htm Just for comparison/information so someone can try and buy this fuel pump if it's appropriate for them.

Lol. I still don't see how that explains why my logic is wrong (not trying to argue, trying to understand). With an FPR you adjust the base pressure without the vacume line hooked up. I understand that it would be best to have a supply and return line that don't have a large amount of restercition for what one is flowing as to not have huge pressure differentials (drops) across them. I just don't understand how it would be determential to building a car other than the fact that for the same fuel pressure across the rail one will have a higher head pressure, which means less flow and more heat. Won't your fuel pressure still be XX PSI and you should be able to basicly keep that constant and that's what's important? By drop pressure I'm thinking from the way I was first taught basic EE stuff with voltage drops. At the head basicly you have to have X pressure which will 'drop' across the entire system. You'll get a few PSI drop across the supply line, then whatever across the fuel rail from the FPR then whatever across the return line.

Try the 24oz. Huricanes! That's awesoem Steve, how much longer are you going to be up at school? Shouldn't you be studying for finals? I'm going to tell your mom. tongue.gif

All ways look for the easy way first. Found that out the hard way with my Saturn, tried to take the doors off ended only having to pry to little covers off.

Wouldn't restericitions in the return line causing any drops in pressure be just like restercitions in the send line causing any drops? My logic is that the FPR should keep the pressure constant, or a variant thereof based upon how that particular FPR is designed to work, constant across the injector to the manifold pressure differential basicly. Any pressure drops across the supply or return line are just going to cause greater head pressure, lowering flow, causing the pump to work possible heating up the fuel. Is what I'm saying right?

I think there will be a short time where the market will be flooded as soon as C6's are semi-prevelent on the showroom floors and if you dig pretty hard you will find a VERY good deal. I'd love to pick one up around this time I'm speaking of. But I think after 6 months to a year thoes will be all but gone and you've about hit the nail on the head. After that they will slowly depericate but never to the point of older C4's which you can find for sub 5k if you look just becuase these cars are so much faster than thoes.

Still waiting for an answer.

Not a problem, I do my best.
