  1. I didn't not know that, thanks! So, OP, I assume this has been used for reptiles? If so, then never mind as I was going to use it as a fish tank.
  2. Could you measure and tell me the dimensions on this? I have a very specific project. I'm pretty sure last time I checked it was some 20gallon tank that will work, but I just can't remember which one. By saying it will hold water, do you mean it will work as an aquarium? Thanks.
  3. Front main seal... not sure about the rear, can't remember if that's an issue. I think the valve stem seals are also a known issue. I wouldn't consider either of those major issues.
  4. I might have to try and check them out. Although I did also demo the Volkl Kendo's, which are skinnier than both of those, and wasn't super impressed. IMHO I didn't think they turned/initiated as easily as the Prophet 90s despite being built pretty similar, and they are both skinnier than the Bridge's. I did ski the Kendo's in 180 and the Prophet 90's in 172, so it very well may have been that. I think I should be in low 170 length skis. Wish I could have tried the Kendo's in that length. I'm also not a big fan of aggressively rockered skis in Ohio, seems like too much for our conditions. Volkl says the Bidge's are 'fully rockered', whatever that means. Maybe a slight early rise on the tip or tail would be good. I rode the Rossi S3's last year and they were way too much ski for this hill. They had a petty aggressive rocker, and at 98mm underfoot are pretty close to the Bridge's. But if you've skied the Bridge's and like them, that's all that matters. What length are you look at?
  5. What are you wanting to get? I'll probably get the Line Prophet 90s, but I think I will wait until the summer. I'm going to get new boots too, but no idea on what to get.

  7. Ya, 2 last night was plenty for a regular night. Just went and looked at them, 10% ABV. :fuckyeah: That's like a 6 pack of nasty light.
  8. Ya, forgot to mention that. My parents have also bought 2 beds from them and 1 futon, back when they used to sell those. They've been happy with all of them, and we went there based on their recommendation.
  9. We got our bed from there and have been very pleased with it. The sales guy we spoke with was very informative and low pressure. It's even more nice knowing the money, relatively speaking, went back into the local economy. IIRC they are locally (Ohio, Cleveland) owned, operated and manufacture their beds in town.
  10. The better third stopped by plamers beverage, picked up some wine for herself and a six of this for me. Had two tonight to prep for beerfest.
  11. Probably the same people that did that to my partners car a few years ago. They got a fishing pole, some change and the face plate. At the cost of a broken window and dash. They weren't smart enough to get the radio out. I put an aux line in it a year or so later and it took about 3 seconds to slide the radio out. :dumb:
  12. Is that like an adventure that will eventually happen?
  13. Ya, I've no idea why you are still in this at this point. It's only your fault when the car turns out to be a shitty car. A shitty car would be the expected out come now. The best you can hope for is a surprise and have it be a good car. Hell, after you are rid of the car take them to small claims court for damages of your wasted time. I'm not the litigious type, but they need taught a lesson in customer service. Plus you've wasted a ton of time on their fuck-ups. Wasn't someone here here in mgmt there?
  14. That looks like something Eric G would wear to go climb a mountain in the middle of the winter.
  15. This message was brought to you by The Department of Redundancy Department. :gabe: Which Cobra do you want to do, vert or hard top?
  16. Are you doing the self directed retierement yet?
  17. Yes, I was being a little over the top with that statement. FFR cars are all cool. FFR cars with a modern (coyote) motor in them, even more cool. But my money isn't buying an FFR Cobra or Hot Rod, they just don't do enough for me. The GTM is a whole different story though, I can't count how many baby seals I would club for one of those.
  18. I said that exact thing to the fraud department (technically separate company from 5/3) and when I called 5/3 directly and they said 'there was nothing they could do'. :dumb: I didn't even have to ask Discover card, I just mentioned that I was in the airport on my way out for a business trip and they offered to overnight it to where I was staying.
  19. This. That was a really good commercial.
  20. Yup, I just had this happen about two months ago with 5/3 via Master Card. From what I could pry out of them, it was a batch of cards that were stolen i.e. from a merchant website. They said 5/3 was contacted by Master Card. In my case, there was no actual fraudulent activity on the card. This sounds like the same thing. Pissed me right the fuck off because they couldn't get my card to me any quicker than 5-7 business days via USPS. I too had auto-pay bills coming out of that account and had bills come due during that period. :fuuuu: Then I had an actual fraudulent hit on my Discover card, literally on my way to the airport to fly out on a business trip. I found out when my card was declined for baggage and then food, so I called them. It would have sucked not having my credit card. Discover tried to find the address of where I was staying while I booted my laptop up to find it (they said they had very limited access to the web). Once we found the address they overnighted my card to me via UPS, I was flying on Saturday and my card got to me on Monday. That's good customer service, making a bad situation as good as possible. If they would have given me the 5-7 business day line my card would not have gotten to me on my 6 day trip. Why do banks suck so much?
  21. Edmunds for rated numbers. http://www.fueleconomy.gov can be good for real world MPG. Really the only 2 places that I know of that have test where they are concerned about repeatability, therefore you can actually compare numbers from car a to car b are Car & Driver and Consumer Reports. So you can dig around on C&D's website, or use Google to dig around on their website. Or the easiest way is to just subscribe to CR.
