Good movie, but I have to complain about all the action scenes being shot with a hand held. The fight in the apartment was hard to follow, and the car chase was jumpy. Although the reason the car chase was like that is because the Russian Government wouldn't let them drive over 35mph so they used the jumpyness to make it look faster.

Venomss has an 03 Cobra and he was satisfied with IPS. http://www.columbusracing.com/ubb/ultimatebb.php?ubb=get_topic;f=25;t=000023 --Shawn, yes, you PM'd me about saying the words IPS. But he had a valid question about shops in Columbus, he has an 03 Cobra, so does Venomss, so this applies. What I have posted is a fact, backed up with evidence and a members real experience. I am simply pointing the noob to one possible answer to his question. If you read my entire original post I also said Hensler is a good choice because of their Mustang experience. If you think anything in this post is antagonizing or against forum rules, don't edit it; send it to the Senior Members Committee. We'll see what they have to say. [ 20. 1. Mazda /= MazdaSpeed. 2. Mazda has another sports car. It's called the Miata. The MazdaSpeed Miata DESTROYS the MR-S and almost all it's competition, AND costs LESS then a fully optioned regular Miata and has more options. 3. The MazdaSpeed RX8 is due out. Calling the RX8 oversized, bland, ugly, and underpowered is like saying a V6 Mustang sucks. It does suck, but the Cobra is for the enthusiest, and the Mustang is for the average buyer. 4. The only thing resembling a sports car from Toyota is the Celica, which the RX8 beats handily. 5. Trucks are gay. We all know real trucks are diesels with giant turbos on them. Anything less is pussy. Not sure how a twin turbo set up will work on this. Maybe AutoWeek had a mis-type. However the AWD is sourced from the JDM Mazda6. The 4-cylinder was used because the AWD can't be packaged with the 6.

Wow. You posted a car that ended production, what, 8 years ago. Yeah, you're right. Toyota is so much better because they killed their only sports car and now only produce bland family sedans, oversized SUV's, the ugly, underpowered MR-S, and a Celica that 'looks fast.' While MazdaSpeed is producing kickass versions of the regular Mazda line-up that are not overpriced.

Mommy paying for you?

ok, true...should have been titled MazdaSpeed>Mid Size Family Sedans

No, not the Protege either. http://autoweek.com/cat_content.mv?port_code=autoweek&cat_code=carnews&loc_code=index&content_code=07383418 http://autoweek.com/weekart/2004/0719/mazda6main.jpg Mazda is prepping its own entry for the Subie-Mitsu rally wars—a 276-hp, 265-lb-ft Mazda 6 scheduled for a mid-2005 world debut. Spotted during hot-weather tests in the California desert, this sizzling prototype gets a twin-turbocharged and intercooled 2.3-liter four that is mated to a six-speed manual gearbox and sends power via all-wheel drive to 18-inch tires. Based on Mazda’s Mazda Performance Series concept shown in Paris in 2002, the production model should debut at this September’s Paris show, carrying either the MPS or MazdaSpeed moniker. http://autoweek.com/weekart/2004/0719/mazda6rear.jpg A friend at Ford said that some of his co-workers drove it a few weeks ago and said it's awesome. Should be in showrooms by Christmas. I'll add it to my list.

It's cuz they're canadian.

It moves under its own power?!

The Horsepower difference between the C6 Z06 and the C6 is much greater then the C5 Z06 to the C5. That should be good for a much better lap time. C6 Z06=Viper Killer

Yea, the SRT-6 is fast, but wayyy over priced IMO.

why? Reminds me of the kid at my school that put a GTP S/C (probably same as whats on that sunfire) on his Baretta 3.4. He was driving around without a hood for weeks.

I believe that car is on the cover of motor trend this month against the Lambo.

huh? Want to try to back that up with some facts? GM is one of the largest innovators in the industry. Much of the technology that you see on cars today (or going into cars today) was first researched at GM. They have the technology and the knowledge, but much of it never saw production because the 'bean counters' couldn't justify the cost of manufacture at the time so projects get put on the shelf. It's disturbing to me how many people on here are slamming the Corvette saying that it's entire design is ripped off. Have you guys ever seen a Corvette before?? Look at a C3, C4, C5, and C6 side by side and you can't deny that it's an evolution. They all have the same styling cues, but have been refined over the years. Cars produced in the same era will always look similar because of the manufacturing and packaging limitations available at the time, but I don't beleive any cars mentioned have been copied designs. I fail to see a resemblence between a Malibu and Altima, and even if there was, from the time these designs came out there is now way one could copy off the other. Designs are finialized years before you see them in production. As for the headlights, yes they may look like a 360 Modena. Copied design? It's possible there was influence. But GM did the headlights for one simple reason. The design teams job was to turn the C5 into a better sports car. By switching to these headlamps they saved weight, improved aerodynamics, improved wind noise, and they're HID's which give better light. They didn't put them on to simply look like another car. Why is this a weekly post on here? We seem to go back and fourth between people bashing GM because they think the GTO is too tame, and people bashing GM for some other reason. But in reality most of you don't have a clue what GM has done in the industry.

I beg to differ. I used Zaino on my Mazda a few weeks ago and now when I go to wash it I can't get the car wet. When I spray it with a hose the water just beads up and rolls off. When it rains I just drive it around the block and it looks like it was just washed. Zaino is the shit. I've heard way to many good stories from Zaino users.

I was there too, Saturday after 3 and all day Sunday. The Star Mazda race was awsome. 41 cars in a field for the first year of that car is impressive. I ran into a few other people there, but I didn't realize so many of you were there. I was in the grass in the Esses on Sun so I probably walked by a few of you without even noticing.
