What pinion flange do you have? Center section for the rear end will help with that.

Slow...haha I think they go from a 60 hit. From the video it seemed like it was ~6-7 seconds to get to 180. 60-180 in 6-7 seconds is moving.

The most productive I have ever been at the gym was when I was at the westside world gym. A lot of guys who had knowledge in bodybuilding and power lifting worked out there. My intensity doesn't depend on being around that, but knowing that if anything went wrong I had people around who knew how to help out and would be more than able to. It's easier to push yourself to the edge when you have a competent spotter/lifting partner.

Of course it's an SEC lovefest. CBS covers a lot of SEC games!
