I dunno I just got through dealing with this on my 90 Prelude. The hood and roof looked gone so in desperation I tried the stuff I put on my newer Lude and it worked. I wish I had before and after pictures but the hood and roof were just white. I used Turtle Wax Hand Polish and Scratch remover $1.97 at Wal-Mart comes in a little white tub. You have to do a tiny like 6"x6" spot at a time (PUSH HARD when applying) and remove it immediately after you put it on. I used a damp terry cloth to put it on and the same kind of terry cloth to remove but dry. You have to flip the dry terry cloth constantly to get it off and you CANNOT let it dry on it's own. The second it goes on the other hand with the dry cloth is taking it off. It takes a long ass time and some elbow grease from hell but my hood and roof are red again, look repainted. Once done I put Meguairs Gold Class over it, let it dry for like 10 minutes take it off and it's like a new car again.

wow i went every friday for a year and never got teched, you just show up at the line when they say it's time and race. It's more of a palce to go to have fun drag racing then to get anything that resembles decent times.

No tech No track prep still pretty cool thou, you get a ton of runs in if you get there first thing. Once all the muscle cars show up thou the runs just stop. It's so white trash it's great lol.

Anyone know of someone or a cheap shop that can do custom piping from the cat to a new muffler I purchased. Tinman is unfortanetly busy, thats who everyone recommended before, just looking for an alternative then. Thank you.

Anybody recommend a good muffler shop that can bend some custom piping and weld it to an aftermarket muffler??? I know any Midas or whatever does it, just wondering if anyone knew of a good cheaper place?? Thanks.

OK anyone able to port a Big EVO3 16G - o2 housing, and umm what else????? The thing is we have my friends car torn apart right now with the turbo out. It would have to be done tomm. as we are reassembling on Thursday. He will pay what you feel its worth. Thanks a ton anybody who's able to. My number is 314-8323 name is Chris if you read this tomm. I work 6-2:30 tomm. we can set something up. THe o2 housing is in my car and i can have my friend drop off the turbo to me after 3pm.

Nope, Kevin doesnt wanna mess around either, all this stuff is in preperation for a 16G, i'd say a 20G but i dont see his tires gripping or the auto handling it. I'll definately take you up on that install help thou. The only thing i dont wanna touch are the controller and the gauge but im sure theyre easy with a write up.

OK here's the deal I have a friend with a 96 Talon TSI fwd. He's basically giving me a blank canvas and any fundage I need to make it fast. I know some about DSM's but if anyone who actually owns one is willing to help me out here and there it'd be much appreciated. I'd also need help soon installing boost gauge and controller. He'd pay obviously. Ordering today. Greddy Evo exhaust 3.1" Hallman knob style in cabin boost controller dbrode upper IC piping with a flange for 1G BOV 1G BOV Boost gauge and triple pod from lo-tek eng. I got a one step colder plug just because it recommends it. 1 step NGK's BTW prolly unnesasary but why risk something that cheap when using nitrous. Are you actually going to buy my friends kit BTW passat guy???????? Avoid Zex plugs like the damn plauge BTW the horror stories involving those are many!!!!!!

I'm guessing he did the same thing I do which is pull the panel from near the passengers side of the center console. Then pulled out the plastic thing that looks like the end of a phone line and put a bent like a "U" paper clip in either side. When you turn on the engine it blinks lets say 6 long times then 1 short time. I'm guessing thats how, it's supposed to work on all fifth gens.

It's a 2000 Prelude with 70k miles on it.
