  1. Blah I didn't see either of those 2 links and I thought it was very funny anyway. And I sit on here reading way to much. Evan
  2. Wife and I went to Put N Bay and then drove around burning gas the long way home through Amish Country. Didn't take many pics. Not much to see really. http://i47.photobucket.com/albums/f185/EWhytsell/IMG_2340.jpg Evan
  3. I've been thinking about this long and hard and I found the guys who did it. http://i47.photobucket.com/albums/f185/EWhytsell/Invader-ZIM-tv-03.jpg Evan
  4. Painted rock might not be a bad idea if you don't mind doing some serious body damage. The people out there are a little hillbilly (go figure they live in the hills) and like to make the trails as narrow as possible. Other than that there isn't really any thing any 4x4 couldn't do. Evan
  5. Hehe me either. I can't stand the inside the belt life. I moved to Morrow (moron) county Evan.
  6. Nothing within 1 hour of Columbus is legal so be careful. My club holds "Novice" trail rides twice a year. Next ones in August. http://www.ohio4x4.com If the summer stays dry most trails are easily done in any 4x4 with a few places that you'd need actual mud tires to get through. Lately everyone seems to be buying lockers and huge mud tires to do every trail and I think its kinda funny. Actually trail riding is pretty boring in my truck since I did all the mods to it. There are only probably 3-4 50 foot spots on all ohios trails that my truck would have trouble on. It used to be fun and difficult trying to get to those spots. Kinda sucks when you can measure your total adventure possibilities with a large tape measure when you used to be able to measure it in 10's of miles. Evan
  7. Thats a messed up story. Evan
  8. Not trying to hijack, but people that have been born and raised in licking county and remain there do in fact act very odd and defensive about their beloved Newark :-) Law is stated on signs all over the highways and says "Move over or slow down for emergency vehicles." Sorry I guess I'm just tired of all the "hey can I beat this ticket" threads. I've never even tried to beat one because it would cost more in time off for me then to just take the fine. Your insurance ain't going up for 1 ticket in 12 years so don't sweat it unless you have nothing better to do. Evan
  9. Why couldn't you just slow down and pass the emergency as law requires? That is why everyone else was slowing down. Oh that and they wanted to see the carnage. Evan
  10. Hehe thinking for about it. Why not just drive your car? Your gonna get 10 to 15 mpg in the tow vehicle while pulling it + rental of trailer and truck. Evan
  11. Well then basically the larger SUV's or fullsize american trucks are gonna be about all the rental places will have. I doubt any Enterprise is gonna have trucks with hitches. Likely for safety reasons. How about a U-Haul pickup or penske or how ever its spelled. Evan
  12. I see U-Hauls towing trailers all the time. Evan
  13. Nice one ^ I was wondering the same thing:-) I have to deal with customer service hotlines quite often and I can tell you it doesn't get any better even when your dealing with "Dealer support." You'd think that a factory trained service tech could call a number called "Dealer support" and get help with an issue that he can't resolve. Yeah right, the people on the phone are completely incompetent to help with issues and I can't understand why we are expected by the manufacture to use them for help. I don't call them any more unless its required by a regional rep as a first step in getting a completely ruined machine replaced under warranty. Evan
  14. Hehe I wouldn't be surprised if Russia tested the dog bombs with starving humans first. Evan
  15. Nope no law. Why would there be a law? Evan
  16. That might work. Still have her sign you up for overdraft protection. 5/3 doesn't mention it until your already in the whole. Of course it doesn't stop you from going in the whole, but it does give you 30 days to get back out (with some interest charged if not paid by then.) Yeah you do a good job with your money, but the banks don't make it easy. It would work against their bottom lines. Actually I checked with Julie and her branch did 40K last month in overdraft fees. I didn't think that was the only fee on that chart, but she confirmed that it was. Evan
  17. Overdraft protection FTW:-) Okay you know Julie handles this sort of thing daily at the branch she works at. She tells me about people getting $900 bucks in fees all because of a late night craving for wendys. Its sick what banks do to people and from what I can tell her banks computer system messes with people on purpose (or at least its not designed to be customer friendly even a little.) Her 5/3rd branch pulls in $30,000 - $40,000 per month in overdraft and other penalty based fees. That is people who's accounts are attached to her branch. Evan
  18. `94 Corolla 26mpg `05 Tacoma 4x4 21mpg `92 Toyota (big nasty 4x4 thing) 4-5mpg Evan
  19. The military is a tool of government to protect and/or expand its world interests. A tool should not be put on trial for any reason by its own government for its actions while fulfilling a governments wishes. I say blow the whole place up and take what we are after, then repopulate the area in a couple decades and make it a nice vacation spot. Evan
  20. Those are some pretty cool videos. I watched an excavator fall in the hole out in front of OSU Medical Center a couple years ago. That dude looked suprised:-) I was in traffic right next to it when it happened. Evan
  21. Well lets let Eric have the rest of the debate if he can defend obamas voting "present" instead of taking a position on hundreds of issues. If he becomes president he will be required to take a stand. Evan
  22. For cars without titles most places require it to have the engine removed. I've done lots of cars without titles at ace iron and metal. Evan
  23. Bring 4 wheeler to my place and you can run it in the back yard all you want. Evan
  24. I finally made it on a first page. Evan
  25. Thats exactly the reason Toyota has risen to the top of automakers. We all know how the former big three handled some known issues over the years. I owned a `96 mazda 626 which the trans died. I found out that was a very common problem once I started looking around mazda forums and I also found that mazda never did anything except charge you for the new trans and labor. I didn't pursue the fix I just put a can of transmission repair gunk in it and traded it in:-) Evan
