You could try contacting the Building Industry Association. They will handle this type of situation for you. I would not touch the yard until you've exhausted all legal possibilities. Its totally their fault for raising the grade of the surrounding homes and they are betting you wont make a fight of it. Besides fixing it yourself would likely require almost as much legal trouble as forcing dominion to do it. And that wouldn't even include the possible legal trouble you could have from other home owners and the city for making a muddy mess that will last several months. Evan.

take the laser out and play with it. Just don't go blind:-) Evan

I have the FLX3220F not the FLX3211B. That manual you linked was for the later and didn't help me. Thanks for taking the time to look up a manual and help me out. Oh well the search continues:-) Evan

Well someone needs to step up to the plate and/or grow some balls and make a viable electric car for the masses. Ford did it in the last century. Evan

Yeah 300 miles isn't far enough when requiring a 3.5 hour recharge time. I drive 100-250 miles per day so I would be right around the max in my daily driver. I'm sure the efficiency will increase as there are more companies competing. When one is built that can go for about a 15 hour trip at 70mph, can recharge in at least half that time, and is reliable up and over 150,000 miles with some regular maint then I'll be the first in line to buy one. I'd really like to see one capable of over 200,000 or even into the 300,000 mile quality like my `94 corolla:-) Evan

My company gave me this TV for a prize. http://www.circuitcity.com/ssm/Element-32-LCD-HDTV-FLX3220F/sem/rpsm/oid/192026/catOid/-12869/rpem/ccd/productDetail.do Question I'm using DVI-HDMI connection from PC to TV and want to use a better resolution than 1216x684. Its the best resolution that I can get to work without any flicker. Is that it or am I doing something wrong (wouldn't be the first time?) At the TV's advertised res of 1366x768 it also flickers badly. The only things that seem to flicker are horizontal lines such as those used as seperators on this forum and some fonts. Images look perfect at 1816x1024 but I get a damned flicker and some fonts become hard to read. Any ideas? I'm sure this ain't a good TV, but it was free from work. Also if someone happens to know where the "advertised" VGA input is please let me know because short of opening the case I can't find any. Evan

Just heard today on the radio that a news paper had an article about Dallas Texas halting operation of a lot of their cameras. The reason was stated that they were to expensive to operate since everyone learned to stop at street lights and they were no longer generating enough revenue. I have no idea if its true or which paper it was, but I'm sure it can be searched. Evan

From watching F-18's at air shows I'm not impressed with that russian pile. And F-18's are being retired this year. Evan

Read a little bit on literotica.com's forum and some of you guys might learn a lot of new things to make the wife/GF happy. My thinking is people don't spend enough time fucking. Wife and I can't get much done due to fucking to much. Its almost a problem, but its good one:-) I guess its a hobby of ours and we're gonna become masters if it kills us:-) Been together 10 or so years, but now we're gonna have to find away with kids in the house. Oh well... Hehe we try to do about anything once and about the only thing we ain't gonna do is ass licking or eating shit. I ain't gonna do it and no one no matter how sick would wanna eat my stinky ass. Theres a few other forums around as well that are good for people with real mature forum discussion about everything/anything sex related.

Rents gonna be 600-700 minimum anywhere in the northeast corner. You might get a cheap place down by 161 and I-71, but you'll likely die or get raped:-) Evan

Might try a bargain outlet. Theres one by Harbor Freight and I've seen some others around town. They have cheap junk and better stuff and you never know what you might find. Evan

Not to start an e-fight boss, but I'd consider the person using their horn as the "tough guy" and they are hiding behind a car and a horn to express their opinion. Just like us and our keyboards now:-) Besides how does the guy using the horn know he's not going to get shot. I'd just ignore them and move on. Its much safer. Oh and I agree with the dude that was pissed about getting posts edited. Though I know you guys can do what ever you want its not a very classy thing for mods to do. Evan

Someone pulls up next to me at the wrong time and lays on a horn there getting dragged out of there car and made to understand some shit. I hate that shit and its usually some dumb ass commuter that doesn't know the rules, is on a cell phone, and I see it the most in intersections where 2 lanes turn left or right and the dumbass is unable to stay in their lane. They usually think I"m in their way. Evan

^ That right there is funny. Evan

Yeap I'll slide to a stop everytime down on 4th st. When I'm approaching one that I can see is going to turn (crosswalk lights blinking) I usually creep up to them slowly. I've seen assholes go around me, honk (finger waving,) and even do a burnout just in time to run the red light and get a ticket. I love driving around town for a living:-) Evan

Thats pretty cool. Wonder what the wife would say if I got one for the yard. Evan

We stopped using them in the offroad world due to that filter being able to pass water very well compared to just having to replace a paper filter at some point:-) The K&N cone filter setup is probably the #1 cause of ruined engines out on the trails. The thing becomes a straw when you get in a mud hole and thats not good. Evan

I want oil in the hands of companies and I don't want someone to "remove" it from their control. They charge what they want because they can, yes. If the control you'd like to see is something like a government control over its use then that would be very annoying and bad for everyone except the few who don't drive and never will. If our government controlled oil the next thing they would feel obligated to do is make it fair for everyone via controlling who, what, when, how, and why you get to use it. That means the end of life as we know it. That may be fine for you, but I like to be able to go out in my cars and make oil companies rich by just driving for the sake of driving. This is America "Land of the free if you can afford it," for everyone else there are government hand outs:-) Evan

Not sure if thats a dude or not. If it is a guy then he did a real good job on his face and facial expressions. If its a chick then she needs to sit down and have a bag of chips:p Evan
