Um...there wasn't a round about on Friday...? Can you go east to west yet? Thanks! Marc

Sorry man, the only loans I do now are for mortgages. I know there are banks that will allow you to consolidate your student loans but it may make more sense for you to just over pay them and pay them off sooner. It's what I did. As others have said, there is a price to pay for someone loaning you uncollateralized money. If you do not want to pay the interest, over pay as much and as often as you can to pay off your student loans as quickly as possible once you graduate. It may suck to live 'poor' after you graduate but it is a nice feeling to not have student loan debt hovering over you. Mortgage interest, amortized over 30 years, is staggering. But, that is how the bank makes its money. If you don't like it, save your money and pay cash for your house. Or, be smart and overpay your mortgage. Funny enough...I help lots of people pull the equity OUT of their home so they can invest it with higher returns. -Marc

Get a job. I may swing by and grab some pallets this weekend. They burn well as is -Marc -
I had no idea that was you. We had some impromptu...spirited accelerations...back in the day on Sawmill and on 270. -Marc

It's a really neat program. I do a good amount of volunteer work with Rebuilding Together which is the organization that runs the tool library. Let me know if you guys have any questions on it! -Marc

Jesus...How did you get so many seats?? May be interested in two club seats...need to ask the boss. -Marc -
Highlights of the day will be: Anthony will make 3 passes all day. At least one of those he will bang his automatic off of the rev-limiter and bail out of the run. His eco-boost will make more consistent passes than his fireturd. Greg will take pictures sitting behind the wheel of other people’s cars wearing a helmet and making engine noises with his mouth while he pretends to drive. Shawn will hot-lap his junk like he stole it running solid 10's and smack talking in his best Beavis voice. Derek will break his shit teaching you guys how to launch while trying to lift the front wheels on his way to a 10sec time slip. Wags wont race as he will be too busy taking pictures and directing the n00bs around the water box. Paul and Thorne will be competing for the slowest time slip of the day...sub 15sec or bust! Dwiggles will show up, push his shitbox off the trailer and stand by it in a 3piece answering questions and declaring he beat everyone at the track without making a pass based off of his mathematically calculated horsepower and et's. -Marc

Why aren't you going? I'm interested...will let you know by tomorrow if they are still available. -Marc -
Sold. Please lock. Thanks again Bob! -Marc

Shamrock is a decent little course...it is actually one of the most played public courses in central Ohio. The main issue with the Rock is that the holes are incredibly close to each other and you will be dodging errant shots most of the day. If you have never played there I would definitely check it out but in that area, I would stick to Safari. -MarC

Fair enough. I wouldn't imagine the tires are helping the MPG's though. I am currently averaging 14.5MPG in my 5.4l unloaded. Towing my boat I typically get around 10MPG. Coming home from Cumberland (uphill) with the AC on it has gone as low as 8.8MPG lol. I need a diesel. -Marc

You should buy it!! -Marc
-
I'd hope you're getting better numbers than that...? -Marc
-
I didn't realize Pendleton's worked on lawnmowers. If you are in Powell I would just go to Voss Brothers on Old Sawmill Rd. They have always taken great care of me and my family. -Marc
-
I'll buy it. You have a PM. -Marc
-
Says the guy with no job... I can be more available if needed...what times are you idiots thinking? Let me guess Brandon...you probably want handicaps too. -Marc
-
Those are impressive numbers. Is your truck tuned or modded in any way? How fast do you drive towing, and do you see any hills? I get nowhere near those numbers towing or unloaded with my 5.4l. -Marc

Early mornings seem to work best for me during the week...unless I am having a slow day and just want to get outside! Weekends can vary...just depends on the week. Shall we try to set something up at Golf Club of Dublin in the next week or two? -Marc

Nothing really bad to say about Wedgewood or Tartan except that their older members turn their noses and snub 'junior' members or new members that get in now without paying an initiation fee and have reduced monthly dues. The Lakes is a great course but the greens suffer in the summer. They have had a lot of issues with alien grasses taking over and ruining them. Over the past few years they have put a lot of money into them and have been rebuilding but I hear the issues are not completely fixed. They are really well known for being family friendly and have an amazing clubhouse and pool facility if you have a wife/kids that don't golf. Don't forget about Medallion or Jefferson. Medallion offers 27 holes of golf and has awesome pricing and is in Westerville. The clubhouse is a bit dated. Jefferson is a really nice golf course but not very close for me. Judging from the courses you have mentioned, I don't think it is very close for you either. I will reiterate that Brookside is a fantastic golf course. Scarlet is an awesome deal for an OSU Alum. I would disagree with Brandon's assessment of Kinsale/Scioto Reserve's pricing. I never had an issue at Scioto Reserve with 'hidden' fees and they were very upfront with how you were allowed to leave the club. I have a few coworkers that were relocated and had no issues leaving either. All of these clubs will welcome you out for a round of golf and tour of the facility if you are interested in joining. Hell, you could set this up at all the clubs and enjoy a good amount of free golf throughout the summer before making a decision . You suck at life. And golf. Bitch. You, Greg, DJ and I all need to go golfing. I thought John 'sold' it to other family members...but thought that was a few years ago. According to the website, it is still as is? http://www.cookscreek.com/ I would be interested to learn if someone else bought it. This is a fun municipal par 3 course in Delaware. It has 1 par 4 that is reachable. It's a great way to waste an hour and a half with a few buddies that want to work on their short game. Don't expect much...and bring your own beer in your bag. Damnit...enough talk about golf. Let’s go play! -Marc
