Nice pics, good quality photography. The car looks like shit, though.

I woulda done the same thing. Right up to the point when I pop it in drive, jump out, and watch the stupid bitch chase it down the street. Then I'd take her spot...

What the fag?

WTF?! Why do people need to ask advice for shit like this? You tell him, "Zip up, get the fuck out, and NEVER step foot in this house again." If he does ANYTHING other than what you told him to do, you knock him the fuck out, and call the cops to cart his ass to the hospital and subsequently to jail. And then you tell your Mom and let her make her own decision about him.

DOD Ends Sale of Expended Military Brass to Remanufacturers
GonneVille replied to Ry_Trapp01647545522's topic in Dumpster
They're talking about the case, not the bullet. The brass shell usually is not damaged by firing, or is only slightly deformed, and can easily be pressed back into perfect shape, and a new primer, charge, and bullet pressed into it. This cuts the cost drastically for people who choose to reload, as a case can be fired several times before it becomes unsafe to use again. There are a lot of companies that do this on a mass-production scale, and if this story is true as written, then costs of ammo will soar. I think it may be overblown, though, as things like this quickly get outed, and even a sneak move like that would be career suicide for a politician. -
Harvest Glen off of Georgesville and Norton is pretty nice. I've got 1100square feet, 2 bed 2 bath, plus a good garage for $865 a month including water and two pet fees. All appliances, including microwave(a good one) and washer/dryer. Tons of closet space. Garage is nice, a bit less than 1.5 cars deep. But if you get an upstairs apt like mine, there is a big cubby under the stairs, large enough to store a desk, half the interior of a car, and a ton of junk. It's also more than big enough to park a motorcycle. EDIT: Due to the recent fuckery by management, I am retracting this recommendation, and will say: HARVEST GLEN IS MASSIVE FUCKING FAIL http://www.columbusracing.com/forums/showthread.php?p=915031&posted=1#post915031

Oh, right, that explains why they chose to go with AT&T for cell service, and the original iPhone dropped calls totally at random even in NYC. Fuck Apple. I made the mistake of getting an iPod a few years back. Now I'm in the process of converting all my muisc to mp3 so i can get rid of it for a Zune, or maybe just buy a bigger chip for my phone and use that.

Holy shit, that's brilliant!

The spine can be damaged by tearing, bruising, swelling, compression, any number of ways other than being severed. Some of them can last for a long time and then "heal". And hte spider bite could have had something to do with it. Brown Recluse venom(if that's actually what it was) is pretty complicated shit, and could have affected that damaged tissue in any number of ways.

If it's the type with the splines on the outside, a Gator Grip universal socket will usually take them off. The only problem is, a full set of lugs will trash the socket.

Agreed. Gods, putting an IQ test on breeding rights sounds better and better every damn day.

Probably one of the best joke threads ever. He cops to it being a joke on about page 3 or 4.

Nothin wrong with him, most dogs and cats will twitch and "run" or bark/meow in their sleep. He's just a little more active than most. About once a week, I watch one of my cats twitch their way off the side of some piece of furniture or other.

Well, I won't be using PayPal for selling anymore, not that I have for quite while. If eBay goes over to PayPal only like they've talked about, then I won't use eBay. I think there's probably enough other people that feel that way to put a real crimp in eBay's profits...

PayPal is turning into the scammer tool of the century. It's becoming a regular thing to see someone send merchandise, then get a dispute claiming a DOA on the stuff they sent. Then the buyer takes forever sending it back, and when it comes in, it's a similar item to what was sent, but beat to shit. Unfortunately, most people aren't paranoid enough to document their shipping, so they can't do a damn thing about it. I think PayPal is going to be facing major lawsuits and maybe even criminal charges within a couple years.

I could hear 20khz clearly, but nothing above. I think it's my speakers. I'll try it with phones later.

I do NOT believe what I just saw...The teaser before the commercial break just showed a negligent discharge by one of the guys with the ARs. I hope like hell I see whoever their RM is sending the dude home for the day... And as stable as that stuff might be, they should damn well be mixing it behind cover from everyone else.

Obama after the Assualt Weapons Ban Already.
GonneVille replied to flounder1647545522's topic in Dumpster
Tim, I've met you once or twice. I got the impression of an intelligent, rational person. Wow, did I get let down by first impressions. Here, I'll make it simple; Criminals have guns. I have guns. To protect me against criminals with guns, the government bans a long list of guns that happens to include every gun that I own legally. I comply, turn in my guns, and a week later, I get shot by a criminal who, because it is in the nature of criminals not to obey the law, has NOT turned in his banned guns. This is the reality of any gun ban. It will only take away the guns from those people who choose to obey the law. My brother's Mosin Nagants would have been banned if the last gun ban bill had passed. They're high-power military rifles, easily able to completely pierce an engine block or body armor. Of course, they're also balky bolt-action guns designed in the 1880s that use a relatively expensive and hard to find round, and I'm pretty sure that no Mosin Nagant has ever been used in a crime, but that's completely besides the point, isn't it? It's a high-power, military-style rifle, so it obviously criminals are all flocking to get them and murder people with them. Here's the problem with every gun-control law written in the last thrity years; They're all, every single one, written by people who are SCARED of guns, and people who are ignorant of the use of guns. Do I have a solution? No. But I have a few ideas that would help. 1) ARM. Introduce open carry in every state. Introduce castle law in every state. Introduce samaritan laws in every state. Make it not just a right to carry a gun, but a duty to act in defense of yourself and others. 2) EDUCATE. Introduce MANDATORY gun safety classes starting in middle school, and elective marksmanship programs as part of physical education. Offer competitive shooting as an extracuricular activity. Make basic armed self defense an elective course, and basic unarmed self-defense a mandatory PE course. 3) PUNISH. Let's get real, there's thousands of people rotting through five and ten year sentences for a couple joints worth of marijuana. Legalize it, tax the hell out of it, and use the extra revenue and prison space to increase sentences on gun-related crimes. If you commit a crime using a gun, kiss ten years goodbye, first time. If you injure someone with a gun during the commission of said crime, 20 years, minimum. Murder=death penalty. And make prisons something to truly fear again. Rehabilitation does NOT work. My perfect future is a country where every law-abiding citizen carries a handgun that they have been trained to use, and any criminal that survives using a gun to commit a crime can count on being in a hell-hole for so long they'll forget how to USE a gun. -
Your Brother might wanna get in touch with the ACLU.

Yup, that part is the reflector for a screen at the base of the stand that displays the speech. It's funnier than hell listening to some people's theories about those though. "Dey're bullet-proof shields!", "OK, they're only a foot wide, what about the rest of the Pres?", "Naw, dey got robot arms and radar. Dey move em in front of the bullet!"

As long as ONE party in the call knows about the recording, it's legal. You don't have to tell anyone you're recording.

CNN said $30,000...I dunno about that...may have been the total for all the bikes.

But the G8 and Charger are the cars that will be competing with the SHO, whether Ford wants it or not. And once you chuck all the bells and whistles, the SHO just isn't able to compete. It's a front-biased AWD with a transverse V6, trying to compete with two RWD V8s, one of which is available with AWD, both of which can run rings around the SHO, and both of which are considerably cheaper. Hell, you can get the GXP for cheaper, fully optioned, or the SRT-8 for not much more. Ford is coming to the table with a guaranteed loser.

You know, I'm just a little pissed that while our economy is in the shitter, the government is fucking away our tax dollars to play around with new tail sides for a coin that is worth less than the raw material used to make it.

Hate to tell you guys, but they only mapped the rhinovirus. Granted, it causes just under half of all colds, but the rest are caused by hundreds of different viruses...The common cold may get slightly less common, but it ain't goin away anytime soon.
