    So it free-revs in gear, or it wont go into gear running? If it free revs I bet you have something hanging the cable up. If it won't go into gear - are you sure you put the cutch disk in correctly and not backwards?

    How far off is it? Put #1 at TDC on the compression stroke, point the rotor centered on #1 on the cap and it should start enough to adjust it closer until you can get a light on it.

    The IRS doesnt matter, but since the center section is Aluminum it will expand more and requires different cold pre-loading.

    It's just like doing an exploder, I've put gears in a lot of them without a spreader. It takes less pinion preload and more side bearing predload.

  9. Ground 30 and 85, 86 will be the 12v+ trigger and 87 will be the negative output. Edit I read your post wrong. You need a latching relay to keep 12v going to the GM request or a momentary?

  11. HEAT. Cause by a rediculous pressure ratio, which will also cause boost creep.
  12. Check the acctuator with a mity-vac and see at what pressure it opens, if its adjustable you might just need to release some of the pre-load.
  13. If it where cracked he would have the opposite problem. It might need ported if its internal or just need a larger housing in general. I'd check pre-turbine pressure.

  19. The current systems will kill throttle if you apply throttle then brakes, but still let you apply brakes, then throttle. Thats how it should be.
  20. You can make rings to put inside the V-bands, I've done that a few times to "fix" that problem.
  21. Do you have anything passing through the Vband or are they just mating flat to flat? For a Vband to work correctly it needs to have a section of tubing passing through it, so when they are together that section enters the opposite flange. What seasl them is that section passing through heating and expanding into the to opposing flange, not the flat surfaces of the V-band. Most companies/people dont use them correctly and they leak. headers look good. I think we trained (SCT) the guy who owns that shop out in california when he had a different shop (I think it was DPR maybe?) But his mustang looks familure.
