they dont have to show you radar. besides it doesnt matter... they can make it say anything they want it to. id assume they could pull you over for visually estimating your speed... they can pull you over for whatever they feel like... but i dont think there is any way in hell that it would hold up in court. they need some kind of certified measure of speed. radar, cert. speedo, vascar whatever, to prove that you were going above the limit.

you just have to clip them at the right time. my cat never has given me a problem with clipping his claws. i just wait until he is chilled out and comes up to lie on my lap or something. you only need to do the fronts, dont worry about the rears. they dont use their rear claws to tear up the couch or anything.

yeah they are nearly impossible to see until you get right on top of them, and by that time, they already got your speed, took a bite of their donut and a sip of their coffee.

the past few weeks ive seen a ton of bike cops pulling people over on 670. the hot spots seem to be eastbound around 5th ave and westbound around 71 where the speed limit drops to 55. be careful, they are a lot harder to see than the cruisers. sometimes they hide behind a pillar or something and you cant see them at all. ive noticed them at 71 all times of the day, and on 5th ave, ive noticed them mostly on saturday and sunday mornings around 9 or 10 usually they work in pairs too, so if you see one with someone pulled over, watch out b/c more often than not, there is another one in the area. keep an eye out for these fuckers.

took the test last thursday. passed with flying colors. the only thing i did wrong was i hit one cone on the slalom. after 4 years of temps, i now have my license
