I'm pretty sure this was coil-spring suspension all around, like my Continental. If so, it does look slightly lowered in the front. That 351M is probably breathing through the same 2BBL Motorsports carb as my Lincoln's 400ci. Yeah, it's not going anywhere quickly. Man...for $1000 that's a heck of a car. Great MAD MAX candidate.

The only two things I hate about Challengers are: 1) They weigh too damn much. 2) Dat FCA quality...or lack thereof. Also, kinda sucks they don't have a convertible.

Tell everyone at Cars and Coffee how this thing will do 7:16 on the 'Ring. In all seriousness, any car guy born before 1980 has to appreciate that we now live in a world where the same Alpha-chassis Camaro and 6g Mustang can be offered from turbo-4cyl through body-in-white drag racer to Nurburgring-thumper. $20k buys you a barely-used sports coupe with remainder of a factory warranty that does 0-60 in 6 seconds. It's really a great time to be a driver.

CUV's aren't replacing midsize-SUV's as much as they're taking business away from sedans and "traditional" car sales. If I'm a single guy with a dog, I've got 25 CUV options with every marketing source pitching an active lifestyle instead of the 5 sedans that I hear about when local dealers have a lease/finance deal. Seriously, aside from the Alfa Romeo Giulia, when was the last time you remember seeing a car ad?

I will admit that after doing some CC&C interview videos in the last few years, I've got enough projects - and love for YT car vids - that I have this on-again/off-again interest in doing my own videos as I wrench on my junk or get back into doing CC&C vids. However: - Editing a good video is a PAIN. Doing a video every couple of days to keep viewer base entertained? Responding to comments? It's no wonder that some of these personalities have no other jobs, as putting together and editing good content takes a lot of time and effort. Even with ad revenue and crunched payouts from YT, only the highest-clicked guys must be making $six-figures. - A good amount of the vids I watch from individuals (especially Gingium, Tavarish, and Austin Ferguson) talk WAAAAY too f**king much. I find myself hitting the right-arrow key to constantly advance 5-10 second bursts to get to wrenching stuff. :no: Kudos to Bad Obsession, Motor Trend, RCR, and ChrisFix for keeping the dialogue informative and concise.

Yeah...not likely. There are too many egos and sponsorship $$$ involved on their side for us to join up. Otherwise, I would welcome it. I've got ideas of what the "C&C" future looks like in Columbus, but we'll have to see what happens.

Gas is cheap, and if you don't have to worry about parking a truck is a very cheap, tough way to get around that doesn't need a lot of expensive maintenance or insurance. Plain and simple.
