  2. http://www.columbusracing.com/forums/showthread.php?t=120230&highlight=quick+jack Was also interested in something like this. Very cool that you picked one up. Looking forward to more pics of it in use and your reviews after using it!
  3. I'm a little apprehensive about the product itself after seeing the Amazon reviews. Keep us in the loop how it's functioning a few weeks from now? * we all know the internet is for people to bish and I'm sure the vast majority of people don't screw up the install and have a great experience with the product.

  6. Cool! Thanks, Tim. Sooo...the actual hermit crabs are long gone? 10/10. Will text you later :masturboy:
  7. We've given a terrarium to my daughter for Christmas and want to get a couple of hermit crabs. Anyone collect them, or know someone who has some for sale? I figure I hit up CR before going to PetSmart. Thank you!
  8. That was great..I only wish it took even longer to get the story across. More "morning zoo" radio pranks, please! I wish I had more reminders of how quickly the diminishing value of radio is affecting true content in today's PPP culture.

    PLEX.tv

Plex is set up to a shared drive my BiL maintains...at least 125-150 movies. Viewing can sometimes be choppy depending on use of internet connection, but 95% of the time it streams in HD.
  10. I appreciate the sensible responses in this thread. It's easy to look at pictures of crazy lady or read about the situation second-hand, but to see and hear the confusion and fear with those girls puts things into perspective. Given the circumstances, those girls did the best they could. Also, sad that the general public needs a reminder of why police can actually be helpful...and this is one of those examples.
  11. I have one of those HF engine braces...it is one of those surprisingly useful tools. Understanding that the bolts are pitted, do you have access to a media tumbler? Might be worth the savings in bolt costs to have them cleaned before springing full price for bolts that aren't needed. I know I wish I went this route rebuilding my tee-ruk...
  12. My keeds decided that the law of gravity wouldn't apply if they let go of our iPad Mini halfway through SpongeBob. Is there anyone on the board who can do a full screen replacement, or refer a shop who can cheaply? There's a spot next to Johnny B's on Bethel Road that apparently is a good deal. Would be happy giving business to CR. Thanks!
  13. I'm a fan of the motorcycle/runway shot. Never seen the contemplation a rider goes through seeing what he needs to do in front of him.
  14. Tilley's so 3 thousand and 8... YOU SO TWO THOUSAND AND LATE... [/fergie]
  15. Be Tilley: Hey guys? Thoughts on the 535i? I think the boosted six is a better balance than the 550. You know what? Go fuck yourself I'm getting an M5 from last year. #yolo #firstworldproblems #howsyourpovertycartreatingyou

  18. My office is downtown on the 22nd floor, and last week I was on a conference call with a flock of pigeons flying in a group outside. All of a sudden there was a huge BANG from outside and above me, and as I looked out the window I saw a ball of feathers streak downward from me. As I stood up, I saw a hawk swoop over to the Huntington building to devour a pigeon it had just caught. My guess is that beautiful bird grabbed a pigeon out of the flock in mid-air, slamming and stunning it against the glass wall in the process of it's dive. Pigeon was still flapping its wings as the hawk ripped feathers off and started eating its guts. It was glorious. GREATEST.CONFERENCE.CALL.EVER.
  19. http://jalopnik.com/2016-cadillac-cts-v-this-is-it-1673973826 ...and so it begins. 650hp thupercharged V8, killer good looks, magnetorheologic suspension......stick shift possibly??????
  20. http://www.washingtonpost.com/blogs/capital-weather-gang/wp/2014/12/21/winter-begins-today-five-questions-and-answers-about-the-solstice/ We all know that there's a long winter still ahead of us...but it always makes me happy when the winter solstice comes around; at least the days get a little brighter every week until summer. Piss on winter.
  21. Are people really nervous about heat management with backup LEDs? They wouldn't be on too long...not long enough to distort the plastic housing or a lens, right?
  22. A couple of months ago, my FiL picked up a 2015 Corvette to replace his 2002 Z06. Loves the Stingray - everyone loves the Stingray - but didn't like the idea of $3k for wheels/snowtires as well as wear and tear on the Vette. My BiL and I were looking into 4x4 F-150s and AWD German sedans as options, while trying to stay on a budget. Called up Jordan and he was on the case. Next morning, after telling my FiL about Jordan and JET Auto, he checks the website to find a 2006 Pathfinder. Just a few text conversations with Jordan, and we had a deal that couldn't be beat. Met Jordan, Chad, Ed, and the rest of the JET crew on Saturday morning. Brought my kids and they had a great time. The Pathfinder is a great vehicle, and I really apprecaite having a guy like Jordan I can feel comfortable referring not just to other people but my own family. http://i.imgur.com/Sbq6da4.jpg http://i.imgur.com/YXEReeT.jpg Thanks a lot, Jordan!:thumbup:
  23. I <3 Brian. Ben, glad you helped get a little bass back in your life. Birch wood is a material that I hadn't heard about for a speakerbox.
  24. Some other intadesting shipping things I've noticed: - Downtown UPS deliveries are coming from the courier in a typical UPS brown uniform...driving a Budget box truck. Just now, I got a shipment from FedEx. Went to the door to thank the driver, he was driving a Budget box truck with a magnetic FedEx badge on the door. -USPS deliveries at 7:30am when I'm taking my daughter to the bus stop. -USPS deliveries at night (8ish PM) on a Sunday... I'm happy to see this being a thing, because USPS needs the business, and great to see UPS/FedEx so busy that they need to rent additional equipment to keep up...just crazy seeing deliveries being made seemingly around the clock, all week long now...
