  1. I'd also like to thank the Daily Growler...I bought a Land Grant Stiff Arm IPA, and with the Bucks winning tonight I get another growler for $0.01.
  2. Call me when Red Dragon is properly equipped.
  3. http://jalopnik.com/acura-nsx-this-is-finally-it-1678991549 What will really boil your noodle - if ultimate performance is valued over being able to row your own gears - is that I'll bet the new NSX will mop the floor with the Ford GT. <<<Drives a Ford, loves 'Murica (though NSX is being birthed here in Ohio). I'm jes'sayin...
  4. Clearly, the Ecoboost V6 is not the "end-all" powertrain for the GT. I could see a boosted V8 introduced a couple of years down the road to step up the performance on the same chassis. No stick is a problem for me as well...I'd hold out hope that a strong-selling GT (relative to sales/production expectations) would encourage Ford to engineer a stick option down the road. If anything, the new GT will hopefully make the last gen (with a stick) more affordable. I've ridden in a Ford GT at BeaveRun and it's a hell of a car.
  5. Lack of indicator/windshield wiper/cruise control levers poking out of the steering column I believe... Using buttons would take me a couple of years to get used to...but if the general public is used to iDrive and other multimedia-drivers-in-a-single-knob I guess I could get used to it too...
  6. ECOBOOST V6? Didn't see that one coming! http://jalopnik.com/ford-gt-this-is-it-1678893649
  7. My wife has her own legal practice, and we have some rental properties (lotsa K1s). Business partner and I have been using Mark Massarella at The Accounting Department for the last 9 years and are very happy. We suck as clients, too...he's had to file extensions for us the last 7-8 years as well. It's Mark, Bobbi Jo and Maryann since I've started working with them. The Accounting Dept. 405A North Brice Road (behind Eastpointe Kroger) Blacklick, OH 43004 614-759-9967. mark@AccDep.com http://accdep.com/
  8. Good luck with that, buddy. You'll need to get through to the dogs moreso than the owners at this point...
  9. I agree. Matt (90G60) isn't piping up on this topic as much as I would, but he's having a great winter in his '07 CTS-V on snow tires. I'll mention again that even CLEETUS is having a great winter on new Winterforce tires. Tim, no matter what you get, make sure you budget for snow tires. I'm sure you'll get by just fine. I'm also in the same boat: $0.575/mile this year, and the bank would much rather me just get a rental car.
  10. Why two 5A fuses? Didn't know about it...the pic of it makes perfect sense to me.
  11. I know why your +rep keeps climbing...
  12. All my favs are listed. Outside of car channels I watch the following: http://www.youtube.com/user/Suspicious0bservers - "Star weather" daily report on solar activity, astronomics, and global weather. Posted every day, you get really good insight into what's going on around us through publicly-accessible government sites. http://www.youtube.com/user/EdgunUSA - When I had rabbits in my backyard a couple of years ago, I fancied myself a suburban hunter with an air rifle. YouTub'd help vids and stumbled across this site. Seems like a really good guy who's passionate about humane varmint hunting. EPIC RAP BATTLES: http://www.youtube.com/user/ERB I'll also add that we have no cable, no satellite TV...with internet and smart TVs (Netflix, Plex, Amazon), iPods, and laptops, I get 100% of my content for a few bucks a month.
  13. Any way you can tighten up the gap between the fascia and the hood/fenders? (until you swap all of that out for an Xtreme kit...)
  14. LaFerrari is so 3008... Bugatti is so 2000-and-late... *Filmed using an iPotato*
  15. It really is a shame that no one is around at sAab to appreciate your brand loyalty. It could be worse: you could be a Volvo guy, and have to suck up to the Chinese now...
  16. Hey, Tim, have you thought about a SAAB 9-5? 250hp all-weather tourer. Oh hai, Cody...didn't see you there. :gabe:
  17. With my kids getting a little older, I'm happy to say the wifey and I are going out a lot more, and something about the Short North just speaks to me. I really love dining there. A few weeks ago we went with a few other couples from UA to Hubbard. The guys sat on one side and the wimmenz on the other. We family-styled the apps and I had a salmon BLT that blew my mind. Killed 4 PBR cans (I'm not a hipster, but I love a $2 beer). Had an awesome time. Last Saturday, wife and I went to Arch City. Their brussels sprouts are killer and the Market Burger was hands down one of the best burgers I've ever eaten. Even had the wilted kale for a side dish to be healthy and that was great. Then, walked up to North High Brewery for some nitro drafts. We really are lucky to have such a robust food/drink environment here in Columbus. I get compliments by coworkers that visit from other areas of the country, and I appreciate the positive perspective. In 2015 you cannot go wrong with an evening in the Short North.
