  1. I've been looking at smaller lifts for garage/driveway work. Anyone have experience with these? Any good sources for used ones? (like H.A.M.B...) http://www.ezcarlift.com http://www.quickjack.com Would be nice to be able to swap out wheels/tires for rotation, or be able to get underneath for exhaust/engine/tranny work. A four-post lift doesn't really work in my garage anyway without major work. Thanks!
  2. I love how Cookie Monster is a fucking fiend for cookies. Nothing else matters. Waiting for Homage to make a Cookie Monster t-shirt with "Cookie Monster Give Zero Fucks" on it.
  3. I think a flight (6 samples) is $5???
  4. I have a 6-speed, 405hp RWD Cadillac that you can test drive anytime...
  5. Yes...definitely looking for brands/links for quality. I've learned that for something like this the difference from great and crap is a few bucks...I don't wanna cheap out on this. Thanks, everyone.

I <3 Plex. Kids watch movies on Ipad, I watch movies on Smart TVs with Plex app connected to media server.

  8. Seems like automotive LED aftermarket lighting has come a long way in the last few years! I've had good luck with DDM's HID kits in the past, and I will be swapping out the fog/parking light assemblies on my CTS-V for clear assemblies with clear corners that came with the car when I bought it. Access is not easy to this assembly for changing light bulbs, so I'd like to make an aftermarket bulb change at the same time. Should I go LEDs over HIDs? bulb size is 9145(???) for the foglights. Looking to be around 4300K for the fogs to better match the factory HIDs. Anyone use LEDs for foglights, and how have you preferred the change?
  9. Never heard of Jongbloed (Youngblood?). Really cool stuff at PRI! Awesome shots, Kale. Don't knock the anodized dirt track steelies!!! Cleetus would be envious.
  10. 997 TT if money spent is not a concern. The best CTS-V you can afford is the other answer.
  11. In the satellite view, WTF happened in the lower left corner by the front of the shop? Looks like Godzilla threw up...
  12. HAIGUYZ! I LIVE IN OPPER URLINGTUN!!!1!1 The nice thing about the Daily Growler is the happy hour: every day of the week, HALF OFF drafts, $1 off growlers, and daily GOD (growler of the day). Yes, depending on the keg the growlers can be pricey, but I go there with 2 or 3 bottles and come home with more than a week's worth of delish for $40 or less. I'd be down for Thursday but I've got an ACG thingy at the Franklin Park Conservatory...:fa:
  13. Mike, good to see you joining the forum. Welcome!
  14. All I know is I didn't go to college to play SCHOOL...
  15. I don't do sports.... But OSU is the greatest team ever. ...and GT sucks for not holding up a sufficient firewall.
  16. Central Ohio YMCA is a good deal for what you get, but at the family level it's $80/month. LOTS of things offered. Their pool off of 161 in NW Cols is actually quite nice. Hilliard has a great indoor climbing wall. I wouldn't be surprised if there were Groupon deals for gyms around this time of year, try to get new-years' people such as yourself in for a paid year...
  17. Love it. The colored cones, definitely. I agree 100%; focus on the car attacking the corner. Almost pulls the cones out from the picture, giving it a 3-D aspect.
  18. LOL...I'm sure half of CR would've paid $1600 for it. I would've. That's the last time a shop restores a FWD GM shitbox from the '80s for charity. Keep your eyes peeled on Crazylist for "teh flip": "ONE OWNER CHEBY SITATION X11!1!1 OLD LADY 27K MI V6 AUTO $7500 NO TEXTS Six-1-four-five-5-five-one-2-1-two Ask FOR JUSTIN IN METH LAB DOWNTOWN PORTSMOUTH"
