  1. Awesome news...congratulations, Kale! Jackson's going to be a great big brother.
  2. I agree...but I see the #1 marketing benefit in attracting a younger crowd to the brand. Consider it the "gateway" performance Mustang.
  3. He's definitely interested. PM me. His main concern is obviously not voiding the factory warranty.
  4. Brian, my FiL just picked up a 2015 Corvette yesterday. I'll talk to him at church. Would love to get my '07 CTS-V tuned like we spoke around the same time!
  5. Dude, that's wild that you removed that much aluminum casting over the runners, Kevin! Any worries that you might compromise strength of the manifold? Make it susceptible to cracking?
  6. Love the G8! Welcome to the site! Come out to Cars and Coffee sometime.
  7. THANK YOU, WAGS... + Close-up detail shots + Lower angle pictars Love it!
  8. No, I'm not trying to build a clubhouse... I need to make a CTS-V out of cardboard for my 3-year old son to wear as a Halloween costume. I need some pretty big sheets of corrugated cardboard that I can cut, tape, glue, and paint into a car that he stands in the middle of and wears with shoulder straps. Anyone with access to copious amounts of cardboard? Please let me know.
  9. Yes. Owner is Larry Jones if anyone wants to make a call. He understands it's the wrong time of year selling a convertible...
  10. My insurance broker asked if I was interested in the car. I told her no, but I'd pass it along: For sale: 1965 Dodge Dart Sport Convertible. Slant-six, new top, new interior. Runs great. Needs some minor bodywork. Certified appraisal done a couple of years ago valued it at $8,500. I believe the paint and body is in great shape but there are some very small spots of rust... He'll take $3,500 this weekend to get it out. 614.837.1068 Found pics on Craigslist! http://columbus.craigslist.org/pts/4692000970.html
  11. One other thing I like seeing is the details of cars. I love how Mike LaNasa (Aesthetic_Influx on here) will take a 1970's cracked steering wheel emblem and get the focus and lighting so right in a frame... Props to photogs that turn the mundane and trivial details into something great to see!
  12. The background music is a dystopian version of Pinocchio's "There are no strings on me". Will wait for this to invariably be on Netflix.

  14. Dat's a beautiful 911. Welcome to the site!
  15. Wow. I'll wait to see if Tilley has some Internet Stars to award you.
  16. Bentley Mulsanne Convertible + Turbo'd V12 turned up or Bugatti Veyron W16 + MANUAL TRANSMISSION + Dirty open exhaust system + Control panel for air-ride suspension so it will lay frame when parked. =:thumbup:
  17. Well done, Dan! Seriously impressive performance!
  18. Congratulations and thanks for the updates, Kale! I can't see ever doing that myself but you never know. You certainly sell the Solo life well! Are you going to do some modifications to the e36 over the winter (or just maintenance)? Will it still be in STX for 2015?
  19. Of course, we are talking about Michigan... I'd be upset if I had to buy a loaf of bread there, let alone a Tesla...B'CUZ I'D BE LIVING IN MICHIGAN
  20. Because GM's money. It's not even a good reason...it's the ONLY reason.

  22. I think CTD was sharing the pic from T Sportline....those two lines are from their photo. Otherwise, someone should post http://www.unpluggedperformance.com and see what the response is. :gabe:
  23. My theory is that CTD - as an extension of Wiggs' personality - places more of a focus on show rather than go. Shops like Underground Racing and Hennessey spend countless hours and amounts of money to break speed and time records. CTD takes out a driveshaft and cracks an engine block making sure that in 3 years it won't hit a 2000hp claim. Yet, he still retains a following that would give P.T. Barnum a post-mortem hard-on. However, developing ground-breaking tech like hexagonal exhaust pipes still costs money. So, how do you make sure you can keep such an elite supercar haven open? Get tuners to pull in WRX's, LSx-powered cars, Nissan/Infiniti's, etc...so there is a steady stream of "singles" to pay for the rent. To answer your question, Ryan: Anyone that understands his type of personality should be afraid that there is no such thing as a long-term relationship; respect is replaced with a level of ADD that only makes him look for the next shiny object, which he's found in social media interactions. The phrase "What have you done for me lately?" is tattooed on his forehead. Old-school guys only interest him if they have a trophy to give him (which he feels entitled to)...otherwise, there are plenty of other fish in the sea...
  24. Man, that engine bay is a work of art. Kevin, great idea painting the hard coolant lines green! At least, that's what I think those are?
