  1. That's a big YES on Avant's having sticks. They are harder to come by, but worth the search. I love a lotta cars, but my Passat has been a trooper for the last 14 years and I wouldn't hesitate to buy a 2000+ A4/A6 with a manual if the deal and mileage were good because of my experience. Plus, A4's really do look great.
  2. At your price, look for an A4 Avant. S4 if you find one at that price range with the mileage you want.
  3. So, it does come with the trailer? Where is it located?
  4. I found a picture of the new SRT Hellcat parked: http://cdn.doyouremember.com/wp-content/uploads/2013/06/fnacpantherimage.toutlecine.com-photos-g-a-r-garfield-serie-tv-10-g.jpg In all seriousness, it looks like a great car and I applaud FCA for putting it together and out to market. Unless it's going to sticker under $35K, I'd buy a CTS-V or Shelby 'Stang before this thing.

  6. Sorry to hear that things didn't go smoothly. Another reason why C&C meets work well (in addition to naturally weeding out the nocturnal ricers) is that people aren't as pissed off about the noise. People rev at Cup O' Joe and the only thing that gets disturbed is someone's cell phone call. You 2-step in a parking lot at 11:30pm, and kids/old people wake up crying, call the cops. GL with the pay-to-play scenario. Quite frankly, now that shit is happening that may be the only way to save that sort of event in the future: clearly the free format is being abused.
  7. First off, I LOL'd at yer post. Secondly, given your criteria I'd also go RS7. Find a thumped-up aftermarket one for uniqueness/improved performance. Thirdly, congrats on hitting the big time!
  8. I really just want BBQ now. Waiting for party at Tim's house. I'll mail the meat in a few days before so he can GET COOKIN' beforehand...
  9. Mind asplode. Never knew that existed. Thanks...
  10. Love CR...checking on here before I go to Sunbelt CLeared out some shrubs and firewood pile to create a side garden in our backyard. Looking to borrow a tiller for an afternoon to chunk up the soil. Thanks in advance.
  11. Love it, Dan! Congrats and many happy miles to you!
  12. Oh...and that 2.5RS is sick. Where did you get that front bull bar thing? Subaru? IMPOSSIBRU!!!
  13. Welcome to Ohio, and to the site!
  14. Fook me...that's a great car! Mega props for doing it yourself. Welcome to the site! Please come up to CC&C some Saturday!
  15. Loved El Hefe and the best hole-in-the-wall bar in Chicago: The Lodge. Right across the street is Five Faces, which has a gyro cheeseburger that - if eaten between 12am and 2am -will pre-treat a hangover like no other. Felt right as rain on Friday morning for my presentation.
  16. http://i.imgur.com/VBZdOEm.jpg I will say, it's even better looking in person...
  17. LOL, just came back from Chicago since Wednesday...3-day banking conference on the Navy Pier. 91 degrees on Thursday! Great city to visit...and drink/eat!
  18. Tim, why not go for a C5 convertible? Faster, better-handling, far more useful trunk...

  20. 1947 Chevy with 885 TORKS...stick shift, airride suspension. 'MURICA.
