  1. Love what you're doing, Larry! Still need to grab a beer sometime...
  2. Need a top and electric heater in this Barbie Jeep! Brrrr...
  3. Any local/national websites that give good info on DUI checkpoints? Thanks...
  4. Those V8's were no joke. Actually an entertaining video to watch!
  5. Every video of Russian dashcams - and there have been a LOT of them over the last couple of years - shows the most depressing urban environment I can think of. RUSSIA LOL
  6. This is the property management company I work with...they do excellent work and usually have a good number of properties available for rent: http://reccolumbus.com/
  7. Last week, I got pulled over on 71 near 36/37. The trooper was cool and gave me a warning for speeding, but issued a citation for "Following to close" (spelling lol:lol:). What's not lol is the $130 fine. Looking at my ticket - which couldn't be packed with more confusing legal jargon if they tried - I am apparently eligible for an online Traffic Safety Program for $25. Legal gobbledy-gook: http://www.delawareohio.net/UserUploads/UserDocuments/MunicipalCourt/TSP%20Waiver%20October%202011.pdf Defensive Driving Site: http://www.nscddconline.com/Finesource/basket/purchase_e.asp?ugid=0E17F490&sid=&rid=831147 Is it worth the effort, especially for a traffic violation that I'm not getting points for? I need to mail this b!tch out (or pay online) ASAP, but want to see if anyone else did this. Thanks!
  8. "nice cars"???:fa: Would be nice if there was a way to defeat fuel pump and injector, as well as coilpacks, so you could crank a cold EFI engine for a few seconds to get oil circulated...like an OBDII module: plug it in, press a function that disables fuel/spark for 30 seconds but still allows you to crank it...
  9. Sorry for your loss, brotatoe. Always remember the good times with him...
  10. http://www.autoblog.com/2013/01/15/2014-cadillac-elr-is-making-green-sexy-in-detroit/ I think this is one of the most attractive production car designs of the last 10-15 years. Amazing looking car. Now, the sad news is it's a FWD electric-car automatic failtrain...but that aside I give it :thumbup:
  11. Ryan, these in UA? I'd like to stop by and Czech it out. Cleetus needs some tunes...
  12. "An aging mobster who was once a high-ranking member of Detroit’s La Cosa Nostra organized crime family reportedly knows where labor union leader Jimmy Hoffa is buried. NBC 4 New York reports that Tony Zerilli, 85, said Hoffa was buried in a field in suburban Detroit, about 20 miles north of the restaurant where he was last seen in July 1975. “All this speculation about where he is and he’s not," Zerilli told the station. "They say he was in a meat grinder. It’s all baloney." I SEE WHAT HE DID THURR...:masturboy:
  13. Corvette = pop-up headlights Corvette =/= Viper look-alike It's definitely more important to GM that Corvette is adopted by a new generation of driving enthusiasts looking to move up from $35k sports coupes like the 370Z, or those who can't/won't spend $75k+ for DD/track material. To that point, the "Centennial/Transformers" Corvette will have to be acceptable for now... At least the engineering is there!!!
  14. +1. Dinosaur Mortal Kombat.
  15. YUCCA! That's right. My mother said the same thing: has white flowers in the growing months. Thanks, CR!
  16. Sorry for the Australian photo... This small dirt area in UA has an aloe plant that survived the worst weather and seems to thrive despite the crappy location and abysmal Ohio weather. Curious from CR's horticulturalists (both legal and illegal) what this plant is? Wouldn't mind having a few planted on my property to offer some unique greenery in winter. Thanks! http://www.columbusracing.com/forums/picture.php?albumid=693&pictureid=6871
  17. Wow. You reminded me of my old C4 Corvette that also had black paint, and a couple of bird poop etched spots like your 5-series. Awesome results!!!
  18. Good turnout, great weather. Who is that Lethal Performance group?
  19. I've got Harbor Freight aluminum ramps if you need to borrow them, Scott... a couple of guys could put it in the back of a pickup, worst case scenario...I guess...
  20. Albino Black Sheep dot com Next up is Pixelated Bunnies....
  21. Hey, Ryan...I hear ya, but the old site had a calendar and all it ended up being was a repeating "SATURDAY - CARS AND COFFEE" appt...nothing happens during the week. If anything, I'd plug in the Arthritis Car Show, club events, AutoX meets, etc...but I tracked the activity on Microsoft Office Live and it didn't seem to be people's go-to calendar for car stuff. If anything, we should keep Facebook page better updated with a calendar. I'd do it, but I'm not on FB...
  22. Wow...that actually looks really good. Liftback + turbo = heckuvacar.
