Leaded gas does not clog injectors. Methanol will eat them however.

I'm not an LS1 guy, but most speed density systems would still use pre cat O2 sensors. They use IAT and MAP readings to determine airflow but they are still piggybacked onto the factory ECU. Most factory ECUs usually use O2 feedback when the car is in closed loop (cruising, idle ETC...)

I forgot to mention the exhaust. It was by far the most horrible sounding monstrousity I have heard come from a car in a good while.

To the guy with the new style black Mustang: Those 40' pulls you were doing up 71N near Greenlawn were sweet this morning through rush hour traffic. It was sweet how you would do the pull in second and fly right up to the backs of all the nearly stopped traffic. You're the best.

They are also heavy as shit. I certainly wouldn't refer to them as "race" batteries for that reason alone.

I had a crappy day as well. I was fairly excited after getting the car dialed in on the dyno the previous week. However, after tech, I was changing my plugs and I noticed a nice milk shake effect under my oil cap. I knew the car wouldn't last very long. I had a bunch of clutch disengagement issues and had to waste the first 3 passes just trying to get it to release. Of course on the 3rd pass, as I had just about had the clutch right, the HG let go. Oh well.

Perhaps Coltboostin should make an appearance at Neofest?

Your rules aren't close to an NHRA or NDRA format. You want fast cars to come yet you offer the biggest payout to a FWD class and have more restrictions in the AWD/RWD class because its "street". If you want the fast cars to come then you should have had a quick 8 class that is no holds barred (just like Edgewater does twice a year). You can still have the fwd class for the other cars but the fast FWD cars can then enter the quick class with EVERYTHING else and that class should have the biggest payout.

All of that section of 315 has always been 55. It doesn't turn 65 until you get north of the Lane Ave ramp.

I was there and met alot of cool people. It was absolutely hot as shit there and had a lot of problems. I finally got the car to shift a little better today and it went 132MPH at Quaker City(still hot as shit out there ). Hopefully, I'm turning the page.
