I have a OTC 4000e OBD1 scanner. Looking to get 150 OBO out of it. It is a reconditioned unit. Looks brand new to me. No greasy finger marks are on it. No scratches on display. It is mint condition. Everything else included is brand new and has never been used. Original instruction video still in packing. Instruction manual does not even have a crease in the seem. It has Pathfinder II 1993 Domestic disk with it and includes several cables for different makes and models. I read a few posts on the turbo buick forums and i guess this was the go to for scanners over there. I did some research and you can get upgrade disks and cables to do obd2. While researching I guess that it will also data log as well. Make offer. This is the best estimate I could get on pricing if I am way off please send me a pm with a offer or a pricing reference. I have a computer I use for general stuff and gaming. My video card is about done and is pretty much a relic. It is a ati-radeon 1900 series card. This is old computer I dont need top of the line stuff. Would like something better then what I have. Thanks for any advice. Not partial to any one company just price. Cheap and better then current card wins. I have googled and I just dont know what is any good. Must be pci-e Thanks
