I don't think you can do that when replacing the engine. I know people do it when they put a new cluster in there car. And with the elantra, I don't think there is a way to even change the obometer with out taking it to a dealership since they are all digital and ran by the computer. Might want to check the XD board on that.

I am pro capitol punishment. And yes prision justice is very nice to hear about. That guy that raped and killed that baby I doubt will live through the end of his trial.

Basically, the Ohio law is: 50% on front driver side and passenger side windows As dark as you want on rear and back seat windows if you have both side view mirrors

I have gotten that email so many times in the past month it isn't funny. As the websites say above, they are fake.

When we shipped stuff COD, UPS always sent us the original check. We never got a check from UPS. We would get a envlope from UPS with the check and then a letter with the UPS tracking number and what ever number we gave them, normally invoice or sales order number.

Yep at my last job when a vender would ship something COD, the UPS guy would stop in give us the package and the amount. Then we would have a check for him when he came back at the end of the day. I don't know who this person is shipping it through, but I doubt any delivery company would accept cash. Check or Money Order would be the way to go. Oh and there normally is an extra COD charge for shipping something COD. I don't know if the shipper added that to the shipping costs or not, but don't be surprised if the delivery guy asks for more than what you were expecting to pay.

I am not sure if it will work but have you checked into the Hyundai roadside assistance. I think you can get a Hyundai towed through them. And the engine should fit in an SUV. If it is in a crate, just take it out before loading it. 2-3 people should be able to lift that 2.0L into the SUV.

'04 Dodge Stratus SXT Coupe - 22/28 '03 Hyundai Elantra GT 5-door - 26/34 '71 Dodge Charger 426 HEMI - HAHAHAHAHAHAHAHA MPG, more like gallons per mile.

I would use it also. I have a WiFi Network set up at home with security. When I do a search of available networks, I have the options of 8 networks. Only 2 in the area have any security, mine is one of them. If they don't lock it up, they are giving it away to anyone. So go a head. I know a lot of people that do the same thing you are doing.

Also if you live in a small town, the town will sign a contract with the cable company to only allow them to offer cable service in the town. The town will also set the prices. I know it is like this in Utica where I grew up and Johnstown. Luckly you could get satalite service in town but service was pretty bad anytime the wind blew. But as LJ said, cable companies sign contracts with apartment companies to wire the complex for free or at a discount if they only allow there service to be used. In the complex I live in we only have Insight for cable service, but we can also get Dish or DirecTV service. I have had Insight since February and my only complaint so far has been the digital cable going out sometimes on my down stairs TV but no problems with my upstairs box. I just unplug the box for a few and plug it back in and it works. But that problem cleared up in about a week.

From what I have heard, you get what you pay for. The cheapest paint job is nothing more than a cheap paint job. I have also heard they will nickle and dime you for taping off the car and doing stuff like door jams and such.

Just remember to take lots of pictures to help you hook everything back up easily.

A seatbelt violation is a primary offense. You can be pulled over for just your seatbelt.

I heard about this in the spring but didn't know for sure if it is open. I will have to see about heading up there with my dog sometime. I haven't been able to take her in the water before so this should be fun.

Yeah there is a very small amount of tint on the Elantra's. Not much, but some. So that can make it a little darker than what you originally thought. I have also heard of police making people scrape the tint off there windows. Seems to happen to people that get pulled over a lot for the same thing in the same area and never fix it. I am going to be getting my Elantra tinted soon, but since my wife drives it she said she wouldn't want anything less than 50% done.

If you are looking for the factory SRT-4 upgrades... http://www.mopar.com A great aftermarket dealer http://www.howellautomotive.com both of these provide some information, but I would stick to the srtforum for real use information.

I was at KSC last year and loved it. The Saturn 5 area is very cool. Sounds like they won't be making another attempt to fly till Tuesday. If it goes up then, it will be the first July 4th launch. I am hopeing to make it down to the KSC to see the shuttle go up before it is put out of commission in a few years. Then I can't wait to see the new rockets go up. The crew rocket is said to be just about the same size of the Saturn 5's and the cargo rocket is to be almost double the size of a Saturn 5.

This weekend I just finished hooking up the new 426 HEMI into my '71 Charger. It actually started right up the first time. I was finally able to drive it home from my parents place. I just didn't have room for both the car and engine on the engine stand in my garage. Now that it is sitting at my place and will be able to work on it more. My goal is to have it ready for the Chrysler Classic next year.

Spotted: Highway Patrol Dodge Charger in New Jersey
BloodRed replied to SquirrelyNutsDSP's topic in Passing Lane
The major reason that crown vics are still being used is that Ford can sell them as fleet vehicles and keep the price down on them. As long as Dodge and GM can sell them at very low prices to the PD's, vics will be gone very quickly. Dodge has a very long and very well spoken history with police departments. Much, much longer than Ford. The only thing keeping them from still owning the crusier market is they didn't have a RWD car for many years. Now that Dodge brought them back, many PD's are checking them out again. Detriot PD has been replacing the vics with Charger and Magnums since the cars came out. -
I would stick with a Pioneer. It seems you already know there quality and durablity. I never liked Aplines. They seem to have to many unless features and buttons as there selling points.
-
I will be picking up an '09 model with the 6.1 HEMI and 6 speed. I am never one to get the first production year of a car.
-
pretty neat to see it displayed that way.
-
I must have missed it. It looks good. Peter goes EMO, LOL

Hey if it was a couple weekends ago, that would have been the Chrysler Classic not the Mopar Nationals. Mopar Nats are in August. This just shows that even strong parts can break when dumb people are applied.
