I know on Friday, RR was down in the Motorist Building where my wife works. I don't what else was out then too. She told me this morning that is a little better, but still really slow and at times not working. TW has no estimate of when it will be fixed.

They are some very nice SUV's. I love them. I have been trying to talk my wife into letting me get one to tow my Charger with. And yes even though it has the center exhaust, Mopar made a tow hitch for it that works. I know towing they get around 10 mpg. Even though I would die for one, I think I will be waiting for the diesel one.

As some of you may know or noticed from my signature, my wife and I started a group called CORUPT - Central Ohioians Researching Unexplained Paranormal Things. We have been doing this for about 6 years now. Since some of you regular forgottenohio, some of our investigations are on the website. Resently some friends of ours from Amhurst, Ohio where contacted by the ABC News Youngstown. Their house is haunted and the news crew wanted to come up and do a story on there house last night. They also invited my wife and I up. In the end the reporter interviewed everyone that lived in the house, plus my wife. They also did a lot of filming of the house and of my wife and I doing an investigation. They filmed for about 3 hours. The reporter told us that the story will air on Halloween on the 6 and 11 news and that by around 7:30 the story should be on there website. My wife and I are very excited and can not wait to see what they air. If you would like to check out our website, click the link in my signature.

Last night I had to drive up to the Cleveland area. I honestly ran into some white out conditions while driving. With amount of snow coming down and the wind blowing as badly as it was. Two seconds later, bright and sunny. LOL

If you go to old mans cave area, don't forget to stop by Ash Cave, Ceder Falls, and the Rock house. The rock house was a little difficult to get out to, so it may be a little tough for the little one.

I have had my car repaired twice by the Dennis AutoBody shop on Morris. I actually just picked my car up this morning from them. They have done a great job every time I have had my cars in there, and normally a pretty quick turn around. Of course since just about every shop is loaded up with hail damaged cars, you may be waiting a while.

Acts of God shouldn't make you insurance go up. I know my wifes car had to have the windshield replaced after it was hit by a rock and the insurance went down.

I always tell people, try to get the loan first. Ask your bank how much they would finanace a car for you. They can even give you the monthly payment amount up front, so you know for sure how much you would be paying. Then once you have a price, then start looking for cars that are less that the loan amount and still fit your monthly budget. Then when you go to the dealership tell them you will be paying cash for the car. If they are a good dealership and a good sales man, they will work with you to fit your price. And remember always start low and work up on the price. Never tell them the total you are approved for. And don't forget to include taxes and title into the price. Also most banks will have some requirements about the milage and year of the car when approving the final loan. After giving the bank the info and they approve the car, pick up check and pick up car. I have done this for the last couple cars I have purchased and have walked a way with great deals.

If you want to see a movie filled at and about Waverly, pick up "Death Tunnel." B horror flick. Some of the story is made up, but most of it is real. If I remember right in the extras they had a footage of stuff happening while they were recording. A lot of it they left in the film to add to it. They had a show on the ScFi channel I think eariler this year about the place. That maybe the show DuffGTP is talking about.

Sorry to hear about all your loses. We didn't get any hail where I live, off 23, north of 270. But we got a lot of heavy rain and winds. The thing I worry about is my Stratus is in the Dennis Auto body shop on Morris right now getting my drivers side door repaired. I haven't heard from them, so I hope that the car was inside last night.

Well I guess since I seem to be the local paranormal investigator here, I should chime in. Hanuted houses/trails and such are cool, I use to go to them all the time. They use to have a really good one behind the drive-in on the East side, I want to say Reynoldsburg. But I don't think they do that any more. As for Mansfield, I have never made it up to there haunted house, but I have done there ghost hunts a couple times. And I will tell you that place is creapy no matter when you are there. My wife and I are looking to become volunteers up there next year to guide the day and night tours. Waverly Hills is also a cool place. I am not sure if they do a "haunted house" thing during October, but they do do ghost tours pretty much year around. If I remember right, it is $100 a person to do there over night "ghost tours." Our group is hoping to make the trip down next year. If you want to check out what our group does and where we have been, check our the link in my signature. We are mid way through a site update, so some of the pages look a lot different that the others. Also we have some investigations that we haven't got up yet, that are just about ready to be loaded.

A few years back I went out to Circle S farms. I can't remember where it is other than out in the boones, south of Columbus. They seemed to have a good amout of them. Plus they have a lot of activites for the kids so you can make a whole day out of it.
-
Sorry for the loss. I hate to ask but I am guessing they were driving a Crown Vic?
-
Yeah it has been all over the news about the increase in police in school zones. A lot of people drive like idiots through those zones. And most of them are the parents of the kids that go to school there. Slow down in the school zones.

Has anyone had any work done at True2Form Collision Repair? My drivers side door on my Stratus got hit last Tuesday and that is where the guys insurance company wanted to send me to get an estimate and the work done. I got an estimate from Dennis AutoPoint's Body Shop. I have had repairs done there before and liked the work they performed. They told me they may be able to get the work done at Dennis. But before I put up a fight, has anyone had any experience with them? It would be the Dublin branch I would be getting the work done at. Thanks

^^^This applies to life in general

I had a similar thing happen to me. We traded in my wifes Neon and I didn't think to take the plates off when I gave them the car. About 4 months later, we get a call from the Muskingum County sheriffs department saying they towed in a car with her plates on it. I guess the car was left on the side of the road. I called the dealership (Ricart, I know, I know) that they gave me some story about how they keep the plates in a locked room till they are cut up by some machine. The only thing they would give me was reimburse me for my milage if I drove down to the towing company in Zanesville and got my plates. We told the Sheriffs and they just reported the plates missing for us. They said if someone ever contacted them to pick up the car, they will have to explain the plates.
