  1. Yeah there isn't many places to eat around that area. That is why all the cabins have full kitchens. Sucks if you are staying in a hotel. Logan is about your best bet to find places to eat, but there isn't much there out side the normal chain places you find off just about any highway exit.
  2. I remember while visiting the Twin Cities, they were talking about in some very hilly areas in the town had the heated roads so the salt trucks didn't have to hit them. Seemed like it was the higher end areas of the city. But if I remember correctly, they didn't use electricity to heat them, something like recirculated heated water.
  3. I love my house. I would pay it off, then use the extra money to pay of the rest of my loans. After that, improvements for the house and then saving to buy the land and to build a cabin some place.
  4. My wife and I drove by there last night while heading up to Mansfield. We wondered what had happened. You could tell there had been a Car-b-q
  5. Right around the corner from my house. Very sad to hear.
  6. Wow those girls are just scary.
  7. Hmmm, this sounds like a Land Rover a friend of mine took a look at last weekend. I know he said he wasn't going to touch that with a 10 foot pole. The guy was even was willing to take in trade his lifted 96 Jeep Grand Cherokee that had seen a lot of trail use and needs about $1k in parts to fix the shit that was wrong with it. I would stay away. At $2K, you are going to get what you pay for when looking at a "luxury" SUV. I also say look at Jeeps. If you want something a little nicer, look at the Grand Cherokee's.
  8. FYI The 2010 dates are up if anyone here wants to go sometime next year. We already have a few dates close to selling out already. http://www.mrps.org/pages/ghost-hunts
  9. My wife works in their legal collections department, so she won't be much help to you. Your best bet is to actually go into your "home" banking location (location account was opened) and talk to them in person. It is your best bet. Plus branch managers will pretty much do and say what ever the hell they want.
  10. So that is what happened there. I was headed up 23 right behind some of the fire trucks, so it just must have happened. I cut through some side roads and got around it. It looked like it was still a mess when I left the area about 1.5 hours later.

    GPS Units

I have been looking recently myself for one. From what I have learned, the more expensive ones have cheaper map updates. Might be something to weigh into the cost of the unit.
  12. OMG Is that my wife's Dad?????
  13. Oh that could be soo fun. I would be taking a trip to TX this weekend if I had the money.
  14. Hope everyone has a good and safe one.
  15. Yeah I saw this on the news last night. I do agree that it is a bad part of town, but if the range is good, I would at least go try it out. I wonder who it is that is making it a range?
  16. Didn't they have another recall for the same thing a few years back on older trucks than that. I remember reading something about depending on how bad it was, they were "giving" away new trucks.
  17. How big is the feezer? Just the outside detentions are cool. Very interested.
  18. 2x It is on Cleveland Ave, north of 270 and St. Ann's but south of Polaris Parkway. It is a big building, you can't miss it.
  19. It isn't pitch dark in most of the building. There are plenty of windows and you have light coming in from the security lights outside and the active prison behind the prison. But places like in solitary, it can get black enough that you couldn't see the hand in front of your face. Most of the time only women are the ones that get physically touched. They like they women especially in the cell blocks.
  20. No your title doesn't say it. What kind of Jeep? Wrangler, Cherokee, Grand Cherokee...
  21. LOL and this is why I never even wanted to see the movie.
  22. Honestly, I agree with you. If I don't see it, experience it, or collect the evidence myself, I don't believe it.
