All you have to do is go to Canada, and fly to Cuba. They love Americans there, they will stamp a piece of paper and put it in your Passport, so you can take it out later.

I realize that Americans aren't supposed to go there, but there are plenty of ways around that. Its like 60 miles from our shores, I have always wanted to go there.

Looks like you owe 1490.32 for the first half of the current year. Once you pay that you will owe 2980.63 - 1490.32 =1490.31 for the second half of the year. Your total for the year is 2980.63, probably because you were just re-assessed. Just happened to me this year and mine went up $6000.

Exactly, you cannot be an absentee landlord, you have to have a property management arrangement in place. I would start with a rent escrow (I don't give you the rent until you fix the place). -

I am pretty sure you cannot be an absentee landlord in Ohio, not certain, but I would look into that. -
+1 for what to expect when you are expecting. Buy diapers every time you go to the store, this will get you used to it.

I have about 6 friends that do this, stay at home mom's with early childhood development degrees. They make $160 - $180 / week / child. They all have regimented schedules of learning, play, socialization, etc...

I started my son around 6 or 7, but people start sooner. He takes lessons at Colonial Music in Hilliard. I think it is $60/month.
