Way to bring this thread back from the dead, lol. I actually ordered some Evenflo Titan 5's online @ Target. They were rated #1 from the NHSTA and CR, so I thought they were good enough for my baby. They arrived today and I'm installing them via latch system here in a little bit. Another question...anyone have some old BLACK sheets they don't want anymore?? I'd like to throw them over the back seats of our cars, but I dont want any STAINS on them, lol.

dude stop trying to buy cheap shit off ebay, go with reputable names in the business and you'll be fine. Most are the same but some are adjustable. Go with Koni, H&R, Bilsten, Eibach, Tein, Tokico, KW, etc etc, good shit is NOT CHEAP. And I would buy online, not necessarily ebay, but online sites because we don't really have anything in good shops locally and they will most likely tack on a charge so it'll be more expensive locally. I've always ordered parts online.

Sounds like you needed to shave the bumpstops, which most springs call for. I've had many lowered cars, from an integra, to gti, to focus, to quite a few others, all OVER 2 inches, one as much as 2.75inches, and they all rode beautifully.

definitely get the springs, and there is no point in getting the springs unless your going to do the shocks as well, otherwise you'll be just like every other idiot out there bouncing down the road and getting laughed at by everyone else. Get some good dampers or don't do anything at all. We understand its a cheap project, but honestly, don't waste your time or money to do it half assed.

It sounds like he wants a turbo cuz everyone else has got one, and for no other reason. If thats the case tell him to buy a complete kit, probably like 3-4 grand and it'll be straight bolt on. Just because you can buy a $300 turbo online doesn't mean it'll bolt directly on to your car and do anything. You need all the other required parts, and if neither of you guys know anything about anything,buy a kit, you might even end up saving money.

Is there a way to hook up the Mac mini to display thru my TV? I have a wireless keyboard/mouse and it'd be nice to be able to use my big screen to get on that computer. What do I need to do this? And how would I get to it on my TV? Like AUX input or something? thanks guys

My daughter is outgrowing her infant seat and the straps don't adjust any longer so we need to buy a rear facing seat for her. What are some good brands to check out? And price range to stay in? I've seen them at target, walmart and babies R us ranging from $50-$400. Obviously I'd love to get the $50 one since we've gotta buy two, but I want to get good safe seats. Thanks guys,
