  1. Yeah it'll be just like if someone jacked yo rims, yo! Shanton also try Harbor freight, I know there is one at cleveland and 161.
  2. This man speaks the truth....*knock on wood*
  3. Guys sad thing is I could see it from her, lol. But no really, she said it felt like it was locked and it wouldnt move an inch, against a curb at least it would wiggle. She's having it towed in, she lives in cleveland or I'd try and help her.
  4. Check clubgp.com or the like and you'll find deals that make your head spin. +2 on the GTP thing, I don't know why I didn't mention that because I just sold my GTP last month, oh yeah I do, because its NOT sporty at all, its a grandpa's car, but it IS fast, fwd and an auto!
  5. These have under 1000miles on them and are off my 2006 Mazda3 I bought 2 weeks ago. MINT condition. 5x114.3 bolt pattern. Pics at http://www.putfile.com/bam6i4 Asking $450 picked up or plus shipping. Matt
  6. I'd check out a nice mk3 VW VR6. Good power, 172hp/166tq, come fully optioned (leather, etc if you want) and they look good. For $6k he could get a MINT one, like 98ish with around 50k miles or so. I've had like 6, love 'em to death though never an automatic.
  7. Si Senor, I remember when we packed a car full and went there after one night of partying at one of the guys house. Who lives/lived off of smokey row? But I agree, NORTHSIDE for real.
  8. OT but do you know " SIONPSI" ??? It's a blue SI with boost, seen him a few times up at easton/polaris...
  9. My cousin has like a 2000ish Cavalier, the new bodystyle one I forget the year. Anyways she called me last night and was like, "my car starts and moves front/back just fine, but the wheel wont turn" She said she parellel park at a store and when she went to leave it just wouldn't turn. First thing I thought of maybe she smacked a curb and broke something, but no, swore she didnt. I thought maybe it was locked but then she said it runs/drives front/back fine so that shot that down. Anyone have any ideas? Thanks Matt
  10. w3rd, this kid is just retarded when it comes to posting today.
  11. Or if your looking for a NEW car like this one I'd rather have the new 2006 GTI with the 2.0t, or a WRX.
  12. The supercharger is not like a factory option, but it is an add-on and factory warrantied. It's $3000 for 40hp, woo deee fuckin doo.. So now its a $24k+ car, and STILL SLOW. Again, much better cars for the price.
  13. HAHA Brian, I remember looking at them a year or so ago, it definitely WAS NOT fast, but maybe it felt fast to you since your not used to a fast or even quick car? Also, what fucking options did this thing have? If I remember right the one I drove was $17k, give or take some. $4k in options? Jesus I'd look at other cars for that sticker price...

    Catera's ...

+2 on them being POS's. My friends dad had one and it was fucked before 50k miles. If you want RWD there are much better platforms, 240 comes to mind as well as older BMW's. e30's are pimp, lightweight, rwd v6...etc. Miata V8... old 5.0...etc MUCH better platforms for a project car than an overweight low power cadillac.
  15. ^^^Exactly, I agree 100%. Even if I didn't have my daughter and all the extra money that goes along with having a kid I KNOW I wouldn't have the money to take lots of trips to fancy places, its just not in the cards. And like Anthony said, we're trying to "move up" in our life, get a savings going, buy a place of our own, better job security, etc, I guess I did something wrong by not being able to fly here or there every month when I was in my mid-twenties?
  16. I am 19, my daughter is 7months old. Before my daughter was born, I thought 100% that I was too young, even though my fiancee' is 21. But now that she's born and I realize how much fun she is and how much I care for her I don't think I'd have it any other way. Sure I'd love to have a better job, and not be in school full time, its rough I'll admit, but every time I think about her (which is constant) I smile and wish I could be holding her. I think the perfect age is like what Anthony said, between there and 25, no later. My dad is only 43, my mom 42, and they party harder than I do. (Sad I know). But the point is they're not too old to hang out with. We drink, we water/snow ski, we do things together, its great, and they absolutely LOVE my daughter, they can't get enough of her.
  17. HAHA, maybe he's going back for the 6minutes he missed??? ROFL...
  18. Yup, definitely a good movie. The wife had free passes to see it thursday night at Arena Grand, it was hilarious! I actually just saw Wedding crashers last weekend, great movie as well.
  19. ROFL...I heard sawdust works wonders....
  20. Any suspension part will fit from 00-05 on Focus's. But yeah it sounds like el cheapo ebay 'dropzone' coilovers. Definitely get some real ones.

3800 series II engine cover fuel pump from 02 GP w/ 15k miles on it Must be picked up if you want them, otherwise I'm throwing them away this coming weekend.
  22. Haha, same here, free shit = me there EARLY.
  23. I've had bad expierences at Tanksy toyota, and even though they are less than 2miles from my house, I drive 20 minutes to take my wife's 2004 Matrix in for service. Just my .02....
  24. I've never heard that personally, but the only reason I went with the credit union is because they offered a better rate for an auto loan than oher banks/anything. Good luck.
  25. How long, what do you mean? 2 years ago when I was searching for the best rate on a used car loan I called them up and asked their rates, etc. They had the best rate around and I went in that day, filled out the paperwork, and they cut me a check for the car, easy as pie. Did the same thing when we bought my wife a new car this past May.
