Derek's ghey, Period. - The skis need tuned up, plain and simple and pretty much expected for the price and the fact that they've been sitting for a year or two in a garage. I'm plenty fine with them for now, neither sank, or even took on water, and both started up easy, one easier than the other and both idled, again one better than the other. The issue is once you get more than 1/4 throttle they wanna stall out, I'm learning about these so hopefully it's not bad, worse case I'll have someone do it. I've got an extra motor, box of parts, and desire to get these going. I need some practice before I go to Cumberland in August. Anyone know anything about these? I feel like a carb cleaning and tune up should do wonders, willing to pay for help, beer/food/cash/time on a ski boat....???

Should be up there by 6. We stayed til about 9 last week on the boat but just got these skis a couple days ago. ahahaha when you say old school....we'll show you what's up. We picked up some stupid cheap stand up models, 89 and 90's, awww yeah. We had one growing up and I always wanted another one then this pair deal came up so we jumped on it. Probably have some bugs to work out but they look fun as hell and sound good.

Congrats, great little cars. My first one was white, brings back memories. Is it a Zetec or Duratec? Depending on where it was first sold some 03's had the 2.3l duratec's which is a rare beast. SVT kit is a great choice on a budget and will do more than you probably need, but if you want to be lower/etc I wouldn't go with it. The SVT rear sway really changes the handling of the car alone. Any interest in 17" SVT Euro wheels and tires? Or the SVT rear sway bar kit? I've got both and have had on my car but am getting ready to trade it in. I don't know what a denali will give you over a fully loaded suburban, but my dad sold his 04 loaded suburban, rear dvd, the whole 9, etc w/ 130k on it for $7500. Sure he really didn't advertise and didn't need anything out of it, but you have got to be crazy for even considering paying that much money for a vehicle like that. I'm sorry but a simple cars.com search would show you that.

Cheap. Mine was $30 and tilts away as well and is 1 &1/4" but came with an adapter for a 2". It also has welded gussets at the base that I put my bike lock through and then through the frame on my bike to lock/secure it. Evan, I think you're complicating things a bit.

How long does a tank last? I've got a fire pit....and a spare tank. Just not sure if it's worth the cost.
