man, I saw this thread and really started missing my old DSM's... then I saw your last post and realized why I got away from DSM's.... although I'd still love to have another DSM to play with.

+1 I have had on ocassion (like once a month) SMS Popup will error out and I will reboot... but now I just make a habbit of rebooting it every once in a while and haven't seen that error in months at this point. seriously, it's the best phone I've ever owned... I showed a couple friends who were both in love with their iPhones my Droid and by the end of it, they were telling me they wished they would have listened to me and bought a Droid.

it has the 3.5 motor. I did clear it using the scan tool. Like Ben said, can't I just pull the battery after clearing it with the scanner?

a let down like most of anything Howard has done in the past 2 years... there's nothing wrong with a '95 Z28.... that's actually a good year for moding because it has the ODBI PCM in it. I don't see any issues with a high mileage LT1, things to look out for is a leaking intake manifold... these are nitorious because they use RTV sealant from the factory to seal the front and rear. Other than that, look under the water pump, look for moisture... if so, odds are, the Opti-spark is on it's way out.

I have a Verizon Blackberry and it never sends me apps. BTW, it doesn't really matter if it goes against your data plan... you have something like 5gb a month or something with your 29.99 Blackberry plan.
